It started at that first funnel hacking live that I went to. It was two years ago. I showed up. I thought like, you know, I think I’m probably in the wrong place. This is not gonna work for me. I’m not in the industry where I’m gonna make enough money. And also knowing that, okay, I’m going to a Russell Brunson event. He’s probably gonna pitch something. Right. But I was like, I’m not gonna buy it. It’s like, whatever it is today, wanna

Up to the next tier. So I remember when he talked about that consulting program, I was like, okay, I’m not, I’m not getting this. I’m not gonna spend the money. I already told myself I’m not going to, like, I don’t think it’s for me. I remember that night. I was like really kind of like anxious and depressed. And I was like feeling down and I realized that for me to not sign up for that, it meant that I didn’t believe in myself. So then I was like, wait a second. Up to that point, I had gotten so much value from Russell and from click funnels where every time I had sort of learned something from Russell or I had bought any product from Russell, like the return on that was like so much bigger than whatever time I had put into whatever money I had spent. I believed in the process, I believed in Russell and the click funnel list team. I knew that like, this is the way forward. And so I signed up for that consulting program and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. You know, the first year I signed up, I learned stuff that I didn’t even expect to learn where I thought I learned how to get more leads in sales. And I did, but I also learned about business. I learned about how to grow a team, how to communicate with the team, how to set goals, how to do project management, all this stuff that I didn’t even really realize at the time I needed.

I think that’s sometimes the benefit from getting consulting is that there’s the stuff that you, when they say there’s stuff that, you know, stuff that you don’t know and the stuff that you don’t know that you don’t know. So like, I didn’t even know that I needed all that stuff in place to support this other thing, because I was in that program was able to learn that. And that’s what created the foundation and the structure where now I could actually start to grow the,

This is embarrassing crying. <Laugh> literally crying because I was you know, ready to give up on music. I really thought that that this dream I had had was, was done. But now instead I have a life that it’s hard to believe. It’s hard to believe that that’s my life.

Ah, what’s up everybody. What’s going on? How are you guys all doing today? Before I jump in, if you can see me going the comments and say, what’s up, Russell, let me know. If you can hear me where you’re calling in from we got people, all right. I see the comments over here. What’s up everybody. First off I am so excited to have you guys all here. We ended up just a few minutes ago, looked at the registration. We have over 15,500, like 60 something people have registered to be here today. We already have like, I don’t know, two or 3000 who are in here with us. So welcome. Thank you guys for being here. Thank you for paying attention. Thank you for some of you guys had to take time off or you had to move your lunch break and do different, weird things to get here, but I’m just grateful for your time.

I promise you I will not waste it. I am as picky with my time as anybody. And so I wanna make sure that the experience you guys have over the next, you know, 90 minutes or so maybe two hours. I don’t know how long you’re gonna go. It’s gonna be a lot of fun though. I hope you guys enjoy it. And like I said I’m here to serve you guys and give you guys some ideas and hopefully open your mind. Some insane opportunities, insane things that are happening in the world and how you guys can step into those things. And so I’m excited for you guys. Like I said, I’ve been working on this for the last honestly like three or four months, I’ve been working on everything, but the last seven days I’ve been working on this presentation.

Cause I wanted to give you something that literally is gonna open your mind. It’s gonna change your life. It’s gonna help you to see things differently. And that’s my goal with, with this whole presentation. So I’ve got slides, I’ve got like cardboard, cutouts, I’ve got things. I’m gonna show you. We’ve got guests coming on here at the end, a whole bunch of people who are doing this as a profession. I wanted you guys to actually meet and get to know. So I got some of those guys coming on at the end to tell you their stories about how their funnel builders and what they do and how they do it. We’ve got a couple people, guests who are actually in the house. They’re gonna be coming in here as well. It’s gonna be a lot of fun. So hopefully you’re excited. Hopefully you’re ready to be entertained to have some fun, have a good time.

Also hopefully you’ve got a pad of paper, a pencil or a marker or something take notes cause I’m gonna be sharing a lot of things. I’m gonna try my best to talk slowly, but the more excited I get, the faster I’m gonna talk. And so it’s kind of up to you guys to pay attention. Is that okay? But I’m gonna do my best to try to talk slow and clear, but I, as you can tell, I’m really excited by this stuff. And I got a lot of stuff to share with you. And so I don’t wanna waste anybody’s time. So worst case scenario, if we happen to get a replay, then you can watch it later, but do not miss anything say glued to me. If you’ve got your phones, like turn Facebook off, notifications, Instagram, all the stuff, turn it all off and let’s just focus.

I want you and need me to have the conversation here. I need to pretend like you’re here in Boise in my office or sitting down and I’m like, Hey, I gotta tell you guys about something amazing. This is what I believe is probably the greatest opportunity of any of our lifetimes bigger than, and I’m not saying this like in hyperbole or whatever, like I’m not like bigger than Bitcoin, bigger than real estate, bigger than anything for you guys who are here today. And so pretend like we’re sitting here across the table and I’m telling you about something I know for a certainty is true. Okay. I’ve been in this funnel game for a long time. And I know that right now, more so than ever becoming a funnel builder is the thing that’s gonna change larger guys’ lives. So that’s what we’re gonna talk about.

So the presentation again, today’s called funnel builders and I told you guys, this is not like a web class or a webinar, like a typical thing.

This is a meeting. And I wanna talk to you guys about something. And you guys saw the headline. When you registered for this webinar, the headline was help, help. I need funnel builders ASAP. And this is not me just joking. Like this is something that is very, very true. We have so many people joining ClickFunnels every single day. I’m gonna share the stats and numbers here in a minute, but they’re coming in and it’s interesting cuz most of ’em don’t wanna learn how to build a funnel. They just want a funnel. And that’s where you guys come in. Okay. Now, before I jump in, I wanna get some of the legal stuff outta the way. Cause I had people ask like, Russell, are you hiring for funnel building jobs? Like, no, that’s not. This is not like me hiring you or giving you a job or any of that.

Speaker 4:

This is helping you understand like there’s this huge demand and for people who want funnel builders and the supply of funnel builders who are good is very, very, very low. And so I want you to understand a couple things. Here’s my, here’s my disclosures disclosures. Before we jump into this number one, this is not a job. I’m not offering you a job. Okay? I’m teaching you guys about a skill set that you can learn. Now with this skill set, there’s a lot of cool things you can do. You can go and get a job. In fact, we’ve got, I think seven or eight full-time funnel builders on my team. So this is the job that you, if you master this, most companies need a funnel builder. And like, this is the job that you can use, but I’m talking to you about the skillset of funnel building.

Speaker 4:

Okay? You can use that skillset to get a job. You can become a freelancer, build funnels. People, you can start an agency. You can work in an agency. There’s a whole bunch of opportunities that open up to you when you start understanding this, okay? And many people have already made this their full-time career. In fact, a bunch of them at the end of my presentation, I’ve got, I think about a dozen ’em are gonna jump on here and actually tell you their stories, how they got into it, what they do and all that kind of stuff. And you guys are gonna love it. From people from like some people who are just doing it on side, you know, they’re trying to get like some side hustle and they do one or two funnels a month for extra money. Others who like this is a full-time thing.

Speaker 4:

They do it 40 hours a week. And others who built huge agencies, they’ve got 20 or 30 funnel builders working for them. And they’re the ones pointing the streams and managing entire huge operations. And so this can become your career if you master the skillset. And that’s what I’m gonna talk to you guys about today is the skillset of funnel building. And again, I’m not here to make, to, I’m not making or implying any income claims. I’m gonna do my best, not talk about money at all because that’s not what this is about. In fact, if I would say, oh, funnel builders, charge X amount for a funnel. Like that’s not even real because the very beginning, when you first start doing this, you’re not gonna be any good. And so you’re not gonna be able to charge $25,000 for a funnel. You might be like 50 bucks for a funnel, cuz you’re bad at it.

Speaker 4:

Right? But after you get better, you can charge more and more and more. And so I’m not gonna put out any income claims or money things. Because that’s not what this is about. This is about help you understand the skill set and then just like any profession, the better you get, the more you can charge with that skill. Okay. Now, before we get started, I also want you to know that the point of this presentation is not to sell you guys on funnels. Okay. If you’re like, what’s the funnel Russell, like we’ll get a little bit into that, but I’m not here to sell you on funnels. Okay. We’ve already kind of proven that funnels are the best way to drive traffic in sales online. Like it’s, we’ve done so many tests. So many, I, I could drop like 400 slides or just proof we done like before and after like this company versus this company, like we took a website, turned into funnel and like blew up the company.

Speaker 4:

So I’m not gonna talk about that. My goal is not to sell you on funnels because we already know that the greatest things in slice bread it’s already been proven over and over and over again. That’s my, not my goal for today. Okay. We already know. And all of you guys who are here know that literally having a funnel when you’re competing, get somebody else in business is having, it’s like having it’s like bringing a knife to a gunfire, right? Like you’re gonna win. It’s so much better. It’s just a better way to do it. So I don’t wanna spend time on that. I just want all you guys to assume and be on the same side as me, like funnels are the greatest things to slice bread. You guys agreed that if you do go the comments and say funnels are the greatest things to slice bread.

Speaker 4:

As I looked over, somebody said slow down. I’m like, okay, I’m trying to, I’m trying to slow down Ken, all it out. Okay. All right there, you okay, let’s go. You guys said, all right we’ll keep going to this. So like I said, I’m here today for, for your guys’ help. Okay. And our staff, the day we were pulling the staff to see how many people per day start setting up a click funnels account. And on average, we did the like you know, somebody’s, it’s a thousand because 5,000, but the average is about 1,823 people per day are signing up for a ClickFunnels account, 1,823 people per day. Okay. So I did the math on that a second ago. I said, okay, well, if you time times seven that’s 12,761 people per week are signing up for click funnels. If you over a month.

Speaker 4:

Here’s my little notes here over a month. That’s 54,690 people who are signing for click funnels. If you over a year at 665,395 people who are signing up for a ClickFunnels trial because they want to have a funnel. Okay. And that’s what I’m here for. Cuz so these people, they just need help actually building funnels out. Okay? like I said, these businesses are coming in here. All they really want is they want a funnel. It’s kind of like, have you guys ever heard that analogy before? Where they say, people go, they buy a drill, but they don’t actually want a drill. All they really want is a hole in the wall. Right. And that’s kind of what’s happened here. All these a hundred thousand plus people are coming to ClickFunnels and signing up. Right. They’re coming for click funnels, which is the drill.

Speaker 4:

The thing that builds the funnel. But all they really, really want is they want a hole on the wall. All they really want is the funnel. Okay. And that’s where this huge opportunities come from. Okay. These people are not here to learn how to build a funnel. They’re here because they just want a funnel. You guys understand that, like, that’s the big opportunity here. That’s what finding is. All these people are signing up every single day and they like, cool. I wanna funnel. I’m like, Hey, I’m gonna teach you how to build. Like I don’t have the time or the effort, the energy to learn. I don’t wanna learn. I just wanna funnel. That’s why I’m here. And they’re like, do you guys build funnels? I’m like, no, that’s not the business we’re in. Like we have software and training and they’re like, well we just want somebody to build a funnel who, who can build a funnel for it.

Speaker 4:

And I’m like, I don’t know, go Google it. Like, you know, and it’s interesting. Like that’s the biggest question we get by far hands down from the thousand plus people they are signing up is I just want somebody to build me a funnel who can do it for me. And we don’t know where to send them right now. We’re just like, I don’t know, go, go, go search for somebody. Okay. And that’s why this opportunity is so big and so huge when I wanna share with you today. Okay. So the title of my presentation is discover the perfect career. And I call this the perfect career, cuz this is something again, you can work from home, you can work on the road, you get to know cool people. It it’s. It’s awesome. So we’re gonna have you help you discover the perfect career as a work at home funnel builder that lets you earn an income and build your own personal empire at the exact same time.

Speaker 4:

I’ll talk about that here in a minute. Cause there’s some of you guys are like, oh this is cool Russell, but I don’t wanna be a fun to builder for somebody else. I’m building my dream over here and you can actually do both at the same time. You can learn while you earn or earn why you learn. I mean, and so we’re talking about that and the other cool thing I’m gonna show you, I’m gonna show you proof and data that this this profession, this skill set actually works better and pays more during times of recession and times of inflation, which is really, really good for all of us. Because right now, as you know, we’re literally in the middle of a recession, inflation’s going nuts. Like it’s never done before. And so I’m always looking for what are the opportunities that during times when they get crazy are safe to give me and my family security.

Speaker 4:

So I don’t want to stress about what’s gonna happen if this happens, just happens. Right? And so this skillset something, like I said, it works better and pays more during recessions and times of inflation. Okay. So to start off with a lot of you guys know that at funnel hacking live this year, Todd Dickerson and I got on stage and we announced something really, really cool that we’ve been working on and its ClickFunnel’s two point, oh I know some of you guys are like, when do we get 2.0 and it’s coming soon. In fact we’ve got our first beta. Group’s been going through it for the last three months. We’re open at the beta group for everyone. Who’s at funnel hacking live that beta group’s opening, I believe June 6th. So we’re like a week away from that opening up where they’re all gonna be coming in there.

Speaker 4:

All of our certified people getting certified are gonna be in there in less than a week. And so click funnel supers here. It’s amazing. Like I’m having so much fun with that. You guys are gonna love it. But I wanted to share this because this is what’s causing most of the big, like the demand is this, this process and what’s about to happen. Okay. And so I’ll talk about that. In fact, I have a, I made, I made handouts for you guys. So you, if I show you this, so this is the board I make. So look at this thing right here, who here knows what this is. Hopefully I can see this right here. Who here knows what this is. If you do the comments posts and the comments, what it is. Alright. Some of you guys are like, I have no idea.

Speaker 4:

Somebody saying it’s the, the chasm, okay. This came from a book called crossing the chasm. But this right here is the technology adoption lifecycle. And in a minute here, I wanna, I’m gonna ask you guys like where on this lifecycle is ClickFunnels. Okay. But before we do, I want to kinda tell you guys some stories. So if you look at this, this shows what happens to basically all tech companies as they go through this process and go mainstream over here. Okay. And so what happens the first company comes in and the first people come into are the innovators. These people who see the new things like, oh, this is so cool. And that’s the first segment, the market, it’s like 2.5% from there. It goes to the early adopters, which the next 13.5%. And then there’s this big chasm, right? And business have to change to be able to cross the chasm where they get the, the majority of their business.

Speaker 4:

So a couple companies that I’m sure you’re familiar with, one of ’em was apple. Apple’s a really good example of this, right? Apple launch had these cool Mac the Mac computers and they had this cult falling, right? The cult fallings built right here between the innovators early adopters. And they loved it, but they were kind of stuck, right? It wasn’t until Steve jobs came out and announced the, what, the iPod boom that crossed the chasm and became apple, the first company to make like what, $2 trillion in value or whatever it was. Right. Same the apple with Tesla, Tesla first came out with the Roadsters. Right. And they were expensive that came out there and they built this cult falling who loved that car. Right. And that’s how it started here. And it wasn’t until I think the model three came out that boom, it crossed the chasm.

Speaker 4:

And now Tesla’s the biggest company or Elon Musk is the richest man in the world. Right. Because of that. And so that’s what happens to all technology companies. They start with the product, the product innovates, and eventually they get across the chasm and move into the majority. So my question for you guys is where do you think click funnels is right now in this, in this life cycle? Curious where you guys think someone said apple, who <laugh> apple, who you mean click funnels? Yes. Okay. So you think about this ClickFunnels launched initially eight years ago. And when, and I, I lived this and the first little bit for only people that came in initially the innovators were people that were internet marketing nerds, like me who were like, this is so cool. I was custom building all stuff before I knew ClickFunnels. And they all came in first and then we promoted, marketed really, really hard to get all the early adopters.

Speaker 4:

And you guys are all who have been part of this movement have been the early adopters. Like this is where we’re at right now. And right now ClickFunnels 1.0, which has been amazing. It’s got us to this point. That’s why we started building 2.0, like a year and a half ago, almost two years ago now, because we knew that we, for us to be able to cross the chasm, we had to make some changes. Now 2.0 is coming. It’s very, very soon. Like we’re about to launch this new platform, which we’re so excited for. And when we do, we’re gonna be moving to this part, which means this opportunity, which is already insane, right? 1800 people a day signing up for it when it moves to the other side of the, the chasm, this opportunity is gonna dramatically exponentially grow. And so I’m trying to prepare you and me and everybody for this so that when we cross the chasm at two point, oh, we have people ready and in line who can actually help us build funnels for the influx of even more people coming in.

Speaker 4:

Does that make sense? So that’s why this opportunity is so big. It’s so important. Like this is why I like I’m freaking out why I stopped everything my entire team for the last two weeks. I’m like, we have to get this word out to get this process started. So we have these people ready. Cause with the second 2.0 goes live it’s gonna be too late. And so that’s why we’re here to prepare you guys to get you ready to be funnel builders for this new segment of people that are coming in. Okay. So again, this is where where we have been in the, in the early adopter phase and now we’re about to move over to the early majority. And it’s so exciting and I’m so excited for you guys as well. Okay. So I wanna put you outta my story. Like when I first discovered funnels, I’m sure all went through this experience, but I remember when I first discovered funnels I was in college, just actually pictured me at my grad college graduation May 14th, 2005.

Speaker 4:

I graduated a whopping 2.38 GPA. Please don’t show my kids this cuz I want them to get good grades. And I want them to be like, man, my dad was really dumb, but I really struggled in school. Okay. But during this time while I was in school, I was wrestling. And then I figured out this thing called a funnel. We didn’t call him funnels back then, but you probably heard my story. We made the, my first product, we turned to a funnel, we launched it and I became obsessed. And I started like, I like, I remember the very first time my potato gun funnel worked. I was like, this is the greatest thing in the world. This will change any business. And I started applying it to business after business, after business, after business. And I had so much fun with it. And I’m curious for you guys, like, do you remember when you first discovered funnels?

Speaker 4:

Like the very first time you ever heard about it? I’m sure the first time you heard it, you’re like, I don’t, what else was talking about this? A funnel cake. Is this a, like, what is he even saying? He talks too fast. Right? Do you see funnel, right? Like, was it for you? Was it a webinar? Like this? Were you on a webinar with me or somebody else? And they talked about funnels. You’re like, oh, a funnel. And that you had the light bulb moment. Maybe you’re listening to my podcast. And something happened. You heard in the podcast, you’re like, oh, a funnel. You had the light bulb moment or maybe you were reading one of my books. Maybe you were funnel hockey. Maybe you’re some, I’m curious, like for each of you guys, when was it that you had the light bulb moment? Like funnels were the greatest thing in the world?

Speaker 4:

Like posting the comments, like when it was that you had that first thing when it was like, boom, the, the mind blow for you want to hear when it was okay. Oh man. I wish I could read this fast. Last year. FHL YouTube. Oh, YouTube video.com secrets 10 X event. Okay. <Laugh> all you guys have when everyone, you guys have a funnel story. So, you know, this is the biggest thing, right? You have that. Aha. And you know that other people have every single 1800 people a day are having an aha right now, come in and be like, this is amazing. I need to be part of this. And they come in. They’re like, but I don’t know how to build a funnel. I just want one give a funnel so I can just go and have it for my business. Right. So all you guys discovered that now after you guys discovered it, you started going in and you started hearing me talk about this, right?

Speaker 4:

You heard Russell talk about, you’re just one funnel. You’re one funnel away and you love marketing. You love funnels. And so you started building funnels and I’m sure for most of you guys you’re somewhere in the cycle, right? Maybe you’ve been building three or four funnels. And so far it hasn’t worked yet. And you’re like, Russell, I thought you said it was one funnel away. Which funnel is it? And you keep trying to funnel after funnel, after funnel or some of you guys have launched a funnel. You had some success, but it wasn’t like the big thing you wanted yet. Right. But all of you guys are somewhere in there where you’re trying to get your funnel. Now this is the big aha. This is the big takeaway I wanna give to you. Okay. I still believe that I will, to the day I die, I believe that you’re just one funnel away, but it doesn’t always mean that funnels for your business.

Speaker 4:

You guys getting this. Okay. Your big one funnel might be somebody else’s funnel. Right? One of the hardest thing about businesses, you have to go and you have to create a product and it’s service and customer support and fulfillment. And like there’s a million different things. Right. But what if you had someone else who already had all those things in place and you came in and you just built the funnel, right? Like I want you to understand, like for a lot of you guys, you’re just one funnel away, but it’s not your funnel. Somebody else’s funnel. Okay. There is a funnel building backdoor. And that’s what I’m talking is about today. This backdoor to get into the funnel, building world, to have success, to actually make money, to start making money while you’re learning the principles of funnel building. Before you go out there and like test it a hundred percent yourself.

Speaker 4:

And that is the key one you guys understand, okay. Now how many of you guys know this guy right here? Stephen J. Larson. You’ve probably seen him. His Facebook ads is YouTube ads. You’ve seen him everywhere. He’s one of my favorite people inside of our community. I love Stephen. And some of you guys see this and you see the after picture of Stephen, right? You see him on stage. He’s got his two comic club award. In fact, I think he’s launched like 50 something. I was listening to this podcast. The other is like my 54th product. I’m like, holy moly. Right. And you see that? You’re like, oh, how am I gonna be like, Steven? I dunno how to like create a product and a business and a customer support and like, blah, blah, blah, all these, like, it’s overwhelming. Right? But you see that. But what most of you guys to understand is this is the after picture.

Speaker 4:

So I want you to rewind back six or seven years ago. I wanna tell you about the before with Steven cuz the before of Steven is where most of you guys are today. Okay. Steven came into this world, right? He learned about funnels here by book.com secrets. He started going through some of the things he was learning. He’s like, this is so cool. He had the aha just like all the, the aha. And then he is like, but I don’t have a business yet. Like what am I gonna sell? I don’t even know what I’m gonna sell. Right. He said, okay, well while I’m trying to learn this stuff, I understand the principles of funnels. What if I started building funnels for other people? And they paid me to build these funnels. And so while he was learning funnel funnel building, and this is a random picture of him in a garage with his buddy cutting open an I don’t even know what this is, but he was in here building funnels for other people.

Speaker 4:

In fact, the very it was our second funnel hacking life. The very first funnel hacking life. Steve never came to him. I met him the first time I’ve ever met him right here. I didn’t notice this at the time he told me later, he’s like, I did not have money to buy an, a ticket to funnel hacking live. I didn’t have money to, to have plane tickets. I have money for a hotel room. So, so I traded funnels. I found a business said, look, I wanna, I wanna go to this event called funnel hacking live. It’s a thousand dollars a ticket. It’s kind of expensive, but I know I’m gonna learn some good stuff. If you’ll pay for my ticket, I’ll build you a funnel. And he had one business say sure. And they gave him a thousand bucks. He built a funnel and boom, he had a ticket, a funnel hacking live.

Speaker 4:

And then he is like, I don’t have a way to get there. So he found somebody else and was like, Hey I need plane tickets to funnel. I can live. If you pay for my pay tickets, I’ll build you a funnel. I’m gonna go learn stuff. I’ll come back. I’ll build it. And somebody paid for his plane ticket in exchange for funnels. And he started trading funnels in exchange for money, for cash, for things he needed to be successful. Okay. So he was making money while he was learning this principle. Now Stephen’s actually here today at the end of this, he’s gonna come in and tell you guys his story, cuz it’s a fascinating story. But that’s the before. Okay. He was building funnels. He was making money while he was learning this. Now what’s amazing about, this is my favorite part of the story.

Speaker 4:

While he was doing this, his skills were getting better and better and better. He built the first funnel, the second funnel, the third funnel, he kept building funnels. Eventually I actually hired him, build funnels for me. And he kept getting better and better and better. And then guess what happened one day he had the idea, like I have a product I wanna launch. And he did at that point, I have to go figure out how to build funnels. He had the skillset, he knew exactly how to do it. And then he said, okay, well let me take my product. I’ll plug it into funnel and boom. That’s how Stephen went from like a brand new beginner entrepreneur to a two comic cup winner. Like that’s cuz he already have the skillset. So for you guys, when you become a funnel builder, you can build funnels for other people, right?

Speaker 4:

You’re doing it where you’re getting paid to learn and to practice, to get better and better and better while you’re developing your product on the side or waiting to like, when’s the big opportunity gonna come for me? Like when’s it gonna be the thing that I’m gonna do. Okay. And that’s the power behind this? You guys like, like I think most of you guys wanna be a big entrepreneur. You wanna be on stage, get an awards. You wanna have your own business, your own company. Be cool. You can do that, but don’t wait for that. Like start building funnel for other people now make money now while you’re learning this process and then you’ve got the skill set to plug any product, any business into when you’re ready. Does that make sense? That gets excited. Okay. Now a couple things I wanna talk about.

Speaker 4:

I wanna talk about the other side of this cuz right now the, I call it they, but they’re the enemy, right? The, the news, they don’t want you to believe this, the news warrant to be scared. And I didn’t, I didn’t really believe this back in day. I thought like, oh no, the news is always positive and they’re telling us the truth and that’s not true. In fact, first time I actually understood this. This is one of my friends, his name’s Ryan Hall. Herod’s book called trust me, I’m lying. And it says as you can see here is called, trust me, I’m lying confessions of a medium manipulator. And in this book he talks about how he would manipulate the media to do things that he needed to have happen, to sell products, to drive traffic, to like get people elected. And they all sort it’s crazy book.

Speaker 4:

Okay. But regardless after heard this book, I was like, I don’t trust any news. And I don’t care if you’re on the left or the right, like whatever it is, they are not in like the business and making you happy and helping, you know, the truth. They’re in the business of causing fear and commotion to, to push some agenda. So understand that. Okay. Cause they are the ones telling us like, oh it’s bad time. They recession the economy like freak out, like hoard all your money story. Like that’s the messaging they’re giving you. Right? But lemme tell you the reality. And this is like hard data. We did this huge data research check out one things we found right now. This is how many businesses are being built every single year. Okay. 2019 with 3.5 million, 2020 4.3 and 2 21, 5 0.3 million companies, 2022, the estimates 5.6 million business have been created.

Speaker 4:

Okay. Cause you hear things like, oh the great recessions everyone’s creating their job. Like the economy’s horrible saying no, these people are starting their own businesses at a rate that’s never seen before. Okay. These 5.3, 8 million people started a business in 2021. And guess what? All those people need funnels this year. It’s 5.6 million people can create a business and guess what? They all need. They need funnels. This is the greatest opportunity. The greatest time, like the worst the economy gets the worst of the recession. Like, like all this stuff that’s happening. The more businesses start getting created. Cause people try to figure out other ways. And so your job is come and say, look, I can help your business. Cause I have this skill set that can blow up businesses, right? And every year there’s more and more and more businesses and you don’t need 5.6 million clients.

Speaker 4:

You need one or maybe two to have a lot of success. Okay. And so this is the real stats. So don’t believe what the media’s telling you. This is the reality and this is why the opportunity’s so powerful and so great right now. Okay. Now what, one thing, all these people, the 5.6 million people are starting businesses. One thing they all understand, they all believe is that old marketing does not work. They know that they know that like yellow pages and classified ads and newspapers and radio and TV, like it’s not working. Okay. So they’re trying. So like I was hoping like, well, I don’t know what’s gonna like drive traffic, but I don’t know. So they say start trying things. In fact, this is a really cool case study. Some of you guys have heard this company called fiber fix. They created this really cool product.

Speaker 4:

They put it in like home Depot and Lowe’s and things like that. And they put out there and started selling it. They made some cells organically and they thought, we know wanna blow this up online cuz we know this is a big opportunity. And so what they did is they went, they hired the Harmon brothers and the Harmon brothers are some of the best video, like viral video craters on the, on the planet. I don’t know what they paid for this. I know I’ve hired harm brothers a couple times. They usually charge about half a million dollars to make a video like this. So they made this video for Harmon brother harm brothers made this video for them and they launched it. The video went viral, driving traffic to their Amazon store. And guess what happened? Almost nothing. It was like crickets. Like they were driving it to this brick wall and people weren’t buying, they were buying other products.

Speaker 4:

Like it just, it didn’t do very well. Right. And so they start freaking out. Like we spent half a million dollars on this ad campaign and no like people aren’t buying, what do we do? So guess what they did. They came to somebody to know who happens to be a funnel builder. And they said, Russell, you’re a funnel builder. Nobody’s buying, we got tons of traffic, but nobody’s buying, can you help us out? And I said, I would love to help you out. So I took this concept and we ended up building out an actual funnel for them. Oh lo and behold, a funnel who knew it works to build the funnel for them build out the funnel. We, we kept the traffic from that video company. We started driving this funnel and guess what? Boom, this company exploded overnight because we had a funnel for them.

Speaker 4:

Okay. And eventually they actually build up so big. They actually sold the company, cashed out, made a ton of money. But the funnel was the key. Okay. So all these businesses know they need to be driving traffic online. They’re buying Facebook ads and YouTube ads. Most of ’em are losing money every single day. Just like fiber fix you come in and you build a funnel for them. And all of a sudden you’re like a magician. Like what did you do? We have more sales, more traffic, everything blows up because of you and your skillset. Okay. And that’s the power behind this now here’s one of my favorite stories. This is a guy named Sam, Brandon and Sam actually lived out in San Francisco during the gold rush era. So back in the, whatever, it was eight, the 18 hundreds. And during that time there was a lot of gold fever, right?

Speaker 4:

Everyone’s looking for gold. They’re trying to find, they’re trying to find gold. And Sam, Brandon had a really good idea. He said, all these people are searching for gold. He’s like, I wanna be the person who provides the tools. So he went around ahead of time and bought all of the shovels and the picks and all the gold mining tools bought ’em all and brought ’em to his, off to his to his store. So his store was only, only one that had it. Then he walked out and he got some gold dust in his hands and he would walk around and he’d yell off top of his lungs. There’s gold in the American river. There’s gold in the American river. Right. He’d yell these things out and all people start freaking out, running around and they would run to his store cuz he was the only one that had the pigs in the shovels.

Speaker 4:

They bought all the picks. They bought the shovels, went out and started mining for gold. And Sam Brennan became San Francisco’s first millionaire. Okay. Do you guys catch that? Right? Everyone’s out mining for gold, but he was the one that provided the tools, the picks and the shovels. And he was the one that became rich. Okay. I want understand this because as we talked about right now, there’s 5.6 million people starting their own businesses. They’re all going out there. Paning for gold. Okay. You guys have this unique opportunity to be a shovel, a shovel seller where you’re the one who can sell the shovels, the picks, the tools, the things they need to be successful. And the reality is most guys make more money by selling the, the shovels than you would by starting at a separate business. Like that’s the power behind this. She doesn’t understand that.

Speaker 4:

It’s like one of the biggest wealth transfers of all time. Okay. Everyone’s out there mining for gold 5.6 million people are out there mining for gold this year. And you’re the one that have the ability. If you become a funnel builder, you have the ability to be the ones, giving them the shovels that picks the access to do that and become super wealthy during that process. Does that make sense? Okay. You guys getting this, you starting to understand the power. If you are getting this, let me know the comments over there. Alright. <Laugh> you guys are getting it so exciting. So exciting. Okay. Now I, I, again, I know right now somebody like this is awesome Russell, but I’ve been watching the news. I’ve been hearing things I see in my Facebook feed, my Instagram, my Twitter, like this is time to be scared. We should be like, you know, businesses are failing every like yeah they are.

But like, that’s why they need your help the most. Right? There’s all this fear happening. And I want you guys to understand once again, like, like they don’t want you guys to be in a spot where you’re going out there and doing these amazing things. Okay. The, the news, the media, like they benefit from you being scared. Okay. Now about two weeks ago I had this really cool chance. You can see in this picture here. Tony Robbins flew all of his top affiliates and partners out to this is his studio in, in Florida. We all flew out there and we had a chance. It was like 15 of us to sit at Tony’s feet. And we sat there for seven hours with Tony. And it was cool. Cause we gotta ask Tony any question we wanted. So I asked Tony my question every person had chance asked the question.

Speaker 4:

Tony spent an hour with me just drilling down on my question. It was crazy. Okay. Now I want you to imagine this Tony Robbins fights the biggest affiliates and partners out to the spies. He’s got seven hours with us. And to start this meeting off, he’s like, before we get started, he’s like right now, the economy’s crazy. He’s like, I need you guys to watch this video. And it’s like a 25 minute video. He’s like, why you watch this video? This is the most valuable, most important thing I can give you right this minute. And I was like, okay. So we watched this video and it was like it’s video from Warren buffet talking about the economy and what we needed to focus on. And it was crazy. And now can you guys imagine like imagine being in this room, right with 15 of the top affiliates in world, Tony Robbins, imagine being like a fly on the wall, sitting and listening and Tony’s saying, look, you guys, we’re about to go into the biggest recession we’ve ever seen.

Speaker 4:

This is the nugget you need to know how many guys would love to been in that room and like hear what Tony had to say. Yeah, you guys are all freaking out. Like I wanna go, what did he say? Okay, well, unfortunately we don’t have time for me to show you the whole 25 minute video, but I took the 25 minute video and I carved down like less than a minute. The biggest takeaway. Do you guys wanna hear like the biggest takeaway I got? It’s simple, but it’s so powerful. I don’t want you guys to miss this. So cool. You guys want that? Sweet. So sweet. Okay. So check this out. So this is the video. It was Warren buffet and Charlie Munger talking about the economy, the save things what’s happening. And there’s this one minute clip. So I’m gonna show you guys this clip and I’m gonna talk about the big aha. I wanna make sure you don’t miss from me. Okay. So here we go.

Speaker 5:

The best protection, the best investment against inflation is to improve your own learning power. Yeah. Your own talents. Very few people maximize their talents. And if you increase your talents, they can’t tax it while you’re doing it. They, they, they know they can’t take it away from you. So if you become more useful in your activities, your profession, you know, doctor, lawyer, whatever it may be, that is the best protection against a currency that might decline at a rapid rate. And, and the best investment passive investment I I think is, is, is a good business. If you own an interest in a good business, you’re very likely to maintain purchasing power no matter what happens at the currency. But it’s interesting in the United States, the value of the dollar since I was born as a client by 94% to 6 cents. So inflation is a very cruel tax on people who believe in fixed dollars, but things can work out pretty well. Even during inflationary times. I mean, if somebody told me when I was born, you know that the dollar bill is gonna go to 6 cents. I might have, I might have said, you know, let me go, let me go back. I’m not, I’m not interested in emerging into that kind of a world, but actually it is worked out pretty well. So I, I have no complaints

Speaker 4:

That the two things, there’s two things to protect yourself against all the inflation and all the craziness is happening. Number one, was Matt like improving your own skill, right? Your skills doesn’t matter if the dollar goes up or down or changes, whatever, like your skill thing’s gonna pay you no matter what. So getting better and better, like focusing on increasing your skill. SETSS number one. And number two is focusing on your own business. Those are the two things or, or attaching yourself to a business that’s successful. Cuz those things, even if the money volume, like if everything changes, those are still gonna be there. Your skill’s still there and let’s say the dollar disappears. And instead we’re gonna be trading and bartering, whatever. Like your skillset is the thing that gives you that, that that power. Okay. So that’s the key. That’s why I wanted to like, just emphasize this you guys understanding like right now is the time for us to master your skillsets and to attach yourself to successful businesses.

Speaker 4:

If you do that, that’s how you’re gonna protect yourself and your family over the next three to five years, it could probably get a little crazy. Okay. So I’m putting it out there to help you guys understand that now. So the question then I want you guys to understand and like the, the point I wanna make is that what is the most valuable skill to every business? Okay. The most valuable skill that every business has is they need a funnel, a funnel builder. Now what is a funnel builder? A funnel builder is a Rainmaker. Somebody who can make it rain. Okay. You gotta see the, the little pictures, like making it rain. Okay. But a funnel builder, a funnel builder in any company is the person who comes in and is able to, to turn all the traffic into cash for the business. It’s the most vital, most important role in the entire business is that of a funnel builder or a Rainmaker. Okay. Now I’m show you guys one more quick video from Garrett white. Talk about the time he had the aha of like, oh my gosh, like I need to be focused in marketing and building funnels because that’s the key. Okay. So I’m gonna show you guys this really quick video clip and we’ll come back and start getting deep into exactly how to do this for you and for your potential clients.

Lemme tell you a story. I found a book in the business section and it was called 30 days to grill marketing by Glen Livingston. This is the first time I read this book. I had actually never studied marketing in my life. Now you heard the story that I had hundreds of employees. Yes. And we were running successful businesses and we were getting tens of millions of dollars. And I had never once considered that I was a marketer and it’s 30 days of simple things that you can do day over day over day. And for the first time the light bulb goes on.

Speaker 6:

Wait a second. The way you control the game is you control the rain. Being a marketer is the capacity to take a message and place that message into the marketplace, grab people’s attention and pull them in a direction. I had never once considered that my skillset should be focused on this idea of mastering market because I have the story I told myself was that I am a businessman. I had never stood up and said, I am a marketer. I am going to learn this. And I will bleed to make this happen. And it started with a change, which was, am I a businessman? Or I’m a marketer. I am a marketer. I wake up. And the first thing I ask is how am I gonna make it rain every day in my businesses? How am I gonna make it rain? Not a day goes by not Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, run. Don’t wake up and say, how am I gonna make a rain? Cause we can’t make a rain. Your funnel is worth nothing.

All right, you guys getting this? The rainmakers they’re the people inside of a business that can drive traffic drive sales. Okay. So if you wanna win the game, you have to learn how to make it rain. Okay. So for fiber fix, I came in, they were struggling not having any success. They couldn’t make sales online. We came in, provide the funnel and boom, we made it rain for that company. Okay. That’s what Rainmaker. So rainmakers any person who brings clients money, business, or even intangible prestige an organization. And that’s what you are as a funnel builder. You are a Rainmaker. Okay. Well, you guys understand that. So I wanna tell you as a story, this is Stephanie Blake. Some of you guys know Stephanie and actually Stephanie’s gonna be coming out at the end of the webinar to tell you some more of her stories.

Her stories are fascinating, but Stephanie’s really fascinating because when she first got into this whole funnel game I did a webinar. This man probably six or seven years ago, she heard about, she decided she wanted to become a funnel builder. And she started doing this and one of the very first funnels she built she didn’t, she, she and I’ll tell you the rest of the story later, but she didn’t charge for it. She built it cuz she wanted to prove that this funnel thing would actually work for a business. So she went out there and she built a test funnel for a chiropractor. She gave it to him as a gift like here’s and was actually said it was a chiropractor. She’d been to a couple years earlier. She wanted test this funnel thing out. So she’s like, Hey, can I build a funnel for you?

Speaker 4:

And the guy was like, sure, she built a funnel, gave it to the person, helped launch it. And it made and that funnel got her got this chiropractor 86 customers, right? Stephanie made it rain for that person, 86 customers. And each of these customers, an an, an average initial patient value between 1,015 hundred bucks. So you knew the math on how much money that made the chiropractor. But she literally came in there, created something out of thin air. The chiropractor didn’t have gave it to him. And boom, 86 customers started following from air, right? Rain. She’s the Rainmaker, right? So Stephanie is a funnel builder. I want you guys to understand that, okay, now why is Stephanie a funnel builder? Because she knows how to make it rain. This is the skillset. This is the thing that you are bringing to the marketplace.

Speaker 4:

This is why this is such a valuable thing. Cause if you can come in and say, Hey, business, who’s struggling. Let me give you 86 customers that fast, like that changes everything for them. Right? And as a Rainmaker, rainmakers are the people inside of business that make the most money. Cuz they’re the ones who make it rain. They’re the ones who bring the money, the cash, the customers into a business. Okay. Now another option you can do it. Noah does. And Noah is someone who’s one of my favorite people. I had a chance to interview him on stage. At the time he was 14 years old when he did this interview and he was someone who like, he didn’t have his own products or service. We found somebody else and he’s like, I’m gonna build funnels for this person. And this is like a 15 second clip, but it’s like my favorite part of this interview, cuz I was, I was just like first off fascinated, like you’re a 14 year old kid. You’re literally building funnels for all these other people. And I asked him like how much money do you charge for a funnel. And I want you guys to hear what his response was because it’s, it’s so powerful and so cool. And it’s the reason why you mastered the skillset. You can literally write your own paycheck for the rest of your life.

I know you’ve built funnels for yourself and for other people, but when did you kinda decide, like I’m gonna build funnels, you know, for Caleb, obviously for other people like Uhhuh, what was the reason why you kinda made that decision?

Speaker 7:

I like building funnels for Caleb, working with him and like not having to like, worry about my own product. Like he worried about the product fulfilling it, et cetera. All I needed to do was due to marketing, which is what I was really passionate about in about June of 2018. I started my own agency.

How much do you charge somebody to, to build a funnel for

Them? If someone wanted to work with me, I honestly would like probably only work with him. I got a certain amount of equity into business.

Speaker 4:

<Laugh> he’s negotiating equity already. I love it. <Laugh> okay. You guys, this is the power of the skillset, right? Noah’s a funnel biller. Why? Because he knows how to make it rain so much. So the people are giving him as a fortune year, old kid equity in their company because he knows how to make it rain. That’s why you guys have to master and learn the skillset. Cuz it’s the most profitable thing for any company, any business you wanna go into. Okay. Now the best way to become a Rainmaker is become a funnel builder. Does that make sense to you guys? Hopefully I’m driving this point down. I wanna sell you guys on the fact like this is what you need to be doing before I get into like the, how tos. Okay. So again, this is the most valuable skill set you can learn today, period. Okay. I can’t think of anything more valuable, more powerful that you can learn than this. Okay. I tell my kids, it’s like, school’s good. This is valuable. This one is gonna change your life forever. Okay. So my goal is this presentation number one is to help shine a light on this new opportunity for you. So you guys are aware of it. You understand it. Number two, I’m gonna show you exactly how to do it. And literally by just watching this presentation, you’ll have a chance to go and you can just go do it on your own. Okay. And so it’s gonna give you guys the tools and the understanding you guys need to be able to do it.

But I wanna understand that success is not guaranteed and it’s not even eased that matter. This is the skill you have to learn. And the better you get, the more marketable, the skill you learn, the more marketable you will be as a funnel builder. And that’s the key. Okay? So which one are you? And so Paul McCarney, he told John Lenny said, how about this? Let’s go write ourselves a swimming pool. And like, when I heard that quote, the first time, like, that’s so fascinating, he wasn’t like, let’s go earn some money and write a swimming pool and build a swimming pool. It was like, let’s go write a song with our skill sets and it’ll make us no money. We can buy a swimming pool. Okay. And then the story behind this, he actually did that.

Then they wrote the, they wrote the song help that went viral, whatever, or wasn’t viral platinum or whatever, made a ton of money. And then from that, they built their swimming pool. Okay. And so this is a quote from again from John or that Paul McCarty said to John Lennon is going, write yourself a swimming pool. Now that’s what this funnel building process is about. If for you guys start thinking like, okay, what do I want in life? Like I have student loans, I need pay off. Right? Maybe I wanna buy a car or something. You can literally say, okay, well I’m gonna go build the funnel for somebody. And that I’ll pay off my student loans. I’m gonna go build a funnel for somebody and that I’ll buy my new car. Right. And so I want you to think like, what is your version of that?

Speaker 4:

Like, what is your version of, of riding yourself a swimming pool? A couple years ago I had a chance to meet this guy right here. Robert Kiyosaki. He’s the author of rich dad, poor dad, having you guys read rich dad, poor dad. This was the first entrepreneur book I ever read. And it lit me on fire. I was like, this is the most amazing thing in the world. And one of the things he said in here, he said, there’s a difference between people who are rich and people who are poor. He said, people who are poor, well, look at something they want, they see a house or a car. They see a vacation they wanna go on. And they’re like, oh, I can’t afford that. And their mind instantly shuts down. Ah, I can’t afford that. He said that the wealthy, the rich, they think about things differently.

Speaker 4:

They look at something like a house or a car or an airplane or whatever it’s they want. And instead of saying, ah, I can’t afford that. They say, how can I afford that little difference? Right. It’s almost the same words, but little differences instead of, ah, I can’t afford that says how can I afford that? And by asking questions, how can I afford that? Also the wheels gonna start spinning and opportunities start coming out. Right? And so for you guys, I want you to thinking about like for yourself, it’s like, why are you here? Like you came on this thing this, this this training, because you want something right. You’re trying to, maybe you have student loans that are heavy. You wanna get rid of them or maybe you have a job you hate and you wanna get outta that. Or maybe for you, like you wanna buy a new car?

Like what? Like you’ve got something you wanna take your family vacation. Right? So for you instead of saying, oh, I can’t pay for that’s expensive. I wanna start thinking like, how can I afford that? And the question for you guys, if you have the skill set of funnel ability, it’s really easy. Like, oh, I’m gonna build a funnel for somebody. Steven Larson wanted come to funnel like life, you couldn’t afford a ticket. So it says, instead of saying, I can’t afford that. He said, how could I afford that? What if I went to my friend who needs a funnel and I had him buy my ticket and I build a funnel exchange, boom shifted the question, change his entire life. Okay. So for you guys, this skill set will help you to write your own swimming pool, right. Help you to do whatever your thing is.

You’re looking for. So that’s what I wanna do with you, with you guys is help you understand that you can write your own swimming pool. Okay? So for each of you guys real quick, I wanna take a second. Like what’s your swimming pool? What’s the thing like, I, I wanna build a funnel because I wanna be able to get this thing, buy this thing or pay off this thing or whatever. What is your version of the swimming pool? Let me know the common sample. I wanna see some of you guys someone said retire, their parents, freedom. They want a house pay off the mortgage, pay off the debt trip to Portugal. I wanna go with you paying bills. They want, cause someone say castle, student loans, a Tesla, join my family, buy a house, ranch, freedom. They’re going fast. Retirement vacation. Holy moly.

Okay. You guys have, you guys have some big swimming pools, so there’s a ton. There’s like, I’m sure you guys need comments. They’re flying in here. Animal rescue. Very cool. You can do stuff with with charities, with you know, the things you believe and the causes you believe. And like when you understand the skillset, it’s literally as like John Lennon said, right, let’s go around myself with swimming pole. I’m gonna go build myself a swimming pole. I’m gonna go build myself a funnel. Okay. So step number one, here’s the process. And again, this process is not difficult. Three steps. Okay. Step number one is you have to pick the, the type of funnel you wanna master. You know, there’s lots of different types of funnels. You understand that? Like there’s book funnels and like there’s a bunch. In fact, if I go through here, here’s some there’s squeeze funnel, squeeze page funnels.

Speaker 4:

There’s survey funnels. There’s summit funnels. There’s challenge funnels. There’s book funnels. There’s cart funnels. There’s paid challenge funnels. There’s VSL funnels. The webinar funnels there’s product launch funnels, application funnels, webinar funnels, funnel, hubs, and funnel stacking. Okay. We have a chance to see all of the data of all the funnel builders on this planet. These are the whatever 12, the 14 funnels that the majority of people are using. Okay? So all you have to do is pick which one of these you wanna master. You don’t have to master all of ’em by the way, you don’t have to be good at every single type of funnel. You just gotta be good at one, like what’s one type of funnel you wanna master. So that separate one is pick one type of funnel that you wanna master. Okay. Step number two then is you have to go and get a result with that funnel.

Speaker 4:

AKA, you gotta go work for free. Okay. And I told you guys Stephanie’s story early, but I didn’t tell you the rest of the story. So Stephanie went and she built that funnel for the chiropractor, gave her the chiropractor. The chiropractor got 86 new clients, right? She made it rain for all these clients. All this cash came into his practice and he was like, this is the most amazing thing in the world. How can I help you? And she’s like, well, I don’t know. Do you have anybody else who would need a funnel as well? He said, yes, I do. And he called up all his other chiropractor buddies, got him on a little webinar with Stephanie. Stephanie came in and said let me show you the funnel that I built for your buddy. And she showed the funnel and then checked this out from that one thing from that one funnel she built, she gave away for free.

Speaker 4:

She leveraged that, that that result she got for the one chiropractor and she did a webinar, 10 of the chiropractors and nine of the 10 chiropractors signed up for her to become their, her become a full-time funnel builder for them. And seven of them still, like this is like five or six years ago. Seven of ’em are still with her today. You guys getting this one client, she should figure out one funnel type. She mastered it. She did it for free for somebody. And then she leveraged that and got nine other people to pay her, to build the exact same funnel for them. Okay. How many guys have light bulbs going off here and like, oh my gosh. If I just got good at one funnel type and I go find two or three people leave that funnel. I can make money off. Think I already know how to do really, really, really well.

Speaker 4:

Like that’s the key guys. And again, Stephanie’s gonna be on here in like an hour. Now we’re gonna have her come on and tell her story. But that’s what we guys understand. Like the steps are simple master one funnel type go and do it for free for somebody and then leverage that result over and over, over again. Okay. And that’s how Stephanie’s become a Rainmaker. Okay. So how much will people pay for a funnel? I get this question all the time. And the reality is this number changes. Okay. And a lot of it depends on your skill set. When you’re first getting started, someone might pay you like Stephanie zero. They didn’t pay anything. So she built the funnel, but then it worked. She proved she could make it rain. And then what happened then? Every wanted her to build funnels for ’em.

Speaker 4:

Right. So you may not make any money from your first funnel. Okay. Some people charge 50 bucks. I’ve seen the thousand, I’ve seen 5,000. I’ve seen a hundred thousand. Like it’s different all over the place. It all depends on your skillset. Right? You are the Rainmaker, you build a funnel that generates rain that gets people coming in. You can charge a lot more or like, no, you can literally take equity. Like here’s, I’ll build you a funnel, but I want X percent of all the cells to come in. Okay. Because you’re bringing the rain, you have the ability to negotiate like crazy. So it all depends on your skill set. Okay. Most of you guys can get started. Your first funnels. Be really cheaper. Maybe no money at all, but as you get better and better, you can you can ask for more money.

Speaker 4:

Okay. So the first question for you guys is, well, which type of funnel do you wanna master? Again, there’s a whole bunch of them, but let’s say for example, you’re like me and you’re like, I love book funnels. Okay. You guys know I’ve written a bunch of books, doc com secrets, expert secrets, traffic secrets. So for me, my favorite funnel. Okay. My favorite funnel is a book funnel. I love ’em. I like doing ’em probably cause I like writing. Well, actually I don’t like writing books, but I like selling books. And so book funnels one of my favorites. So I’m gonna show how this works for me. So I have book funnels, right? And this is what one book funnel kind of looks like. It’s not that difficult. There’s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 pages. This one funnel. Okay. Now, if you go through all my book funnels, you notice that all of ’em have the exact same five pages.

Speaker 4:

They don’t change. Like this is what my book funnels all look like. Okay. And so step one, like I said, you gotta become good at a, at a funnel type. So for me, it’s book funnels. Okay. Now next step is you gotta leverage that. So about about the time I launched my second book, Tony Robbins was launching his book money mashed to the game. And I remember that they were getting ready for the whole launch. And I remember going to this page and I was like, oh crap. I was like, interesting. That’s the, the funnel page you’re gonna launch with Tony hunt. And I called him and he is like, yeah. And I was like, can I help you? There’s some things that we know about how to do book funnels that you are not doing at all. And I was like, can I help you?

Speaker 4:

And he’s like, sure. Okay. So again, when I looked at the first time in my head, I’m thinking, oh, interesting. But in my head I’m thinking it’s like, like in my head, I’m like, we’re screwed. This is like, this funnel is so bad. Like there’s no way he’s to have success with it. So I came back to Tony, I know how do a book funnel, let me just take this over. I’ll do it for you for free. Like just please let me do it. So I came in, I built Tony’s book funnel, we launched it. And then that book went on and became a multiple New York times bestseller. And literally just took that and worked for free. And for me, I use this cause I wanna get to know a lot of cool people. So I wanna get to know Tony. So I build a book funnel for him.

Speaker 4:

Okay. I wanted to get to know grant Cardone. So guess what I did, I was like, grant, you got a book and I built a book funnel for you. He said, sure. And he put me on his plane and we literally built a book funnel while I was on his plane with him, which is so cool. Okay. So I built Grant’s book funnel Bulletproof Dave Ashbury the Bulletproof cookbook. I flew outed the Bulletproof cafe in LA. We filmed the whole thing. We built the book funnel for the Bulletproof book launch, which was so much fun. Okay. So for me, like I love book funnel, so I’m just gonna master that and I can literally use that to get into any door, to get to know any author. I wanna get to know I’ll build your book funnel. Boom. I’ve become best friends with them.

Speaker 4:

Right. I can find other authors and say, Hey, I built 12 book funnels like this, this and this. Can I build a book funnel for you? And I can literally charge whatever I want. Okay. So if the question for you say, what kind of funnel do you wanna master? I, which one gets you the most excited. Okay. And again, there’s a lot of them. Here’s another one. This is a product launch funnel. And how you hasn’t seen a product launch funnel before Jeff Walker kind of made these things famous for those who know. So the product launch, funnel’s another kind of, this is one of my friends, Kevin Richards and Kevin, for whatever reason, he loved the product launch funnel. I was like, this is amazing. So he went out there, he did his very first product launch. And the first time’s always hard. Right? You gotta learn how it works.

Speaker 4:

And like what’s page one and page true. And he studied it and figured it out and got it until it was perfect. They launched his first book his first product launch funnel. And he had success with it. Okay. After he had it, he built one, he had success with it. Then he took that and he started leveraging it. He would start going to all of the different internet marketing events that were happening. He’d go there, be the audience with, you know, three or 400 people. And they like, Hey, my name’s Kevin, what’s your name? And they’d say, and he’s like, oh, I, I build launch funnels for people. And guys, and people are like, are you serious? Like I like do my launch funnel, do my launch funnel. And he started getting clients like crazy. He just went to every internet marketing event, told people to build launch funnels and everyone started giving this business.

Speaker 4:

In fact, here’s a few of him he did for like Jim row. He for Shaline Johnson for Brenda Bouchard did for success magazine, like all these other people. In fact, I asked Kevin before I, I said, how many how many launch funnels did you create? He said the first two years after he did the very first one, the first two years, he did 32 other launch funnels is getting this. Now the first one was hard today to figure out all the strategy and understanding. But after it was done, the next one, he’s just like, I’ve already built it. I just gotta do the same thing, but I’m gonna change the branding and the logos and the videos and the messaging. But like it wasn’t, the second one was easier and easier. And every time you do it, he could charge more money and more money and more money.

Speaker 4:

Eventually he was taking percentage of how much money was actually made inside the launches. Okay. So Kevin is a great example, right? Kevin is a funnel builder. Why? Because he knows how to use product launch funnels to make it rain. Okay. And that’s the funnel type that he wanted to geek out on and become the best in the world at. Okay. So which kind of funnel do you wanna master? So I showed you guys book funnels, product launch funnels. Here’s another one. There’s one called the free challenge funnel. Some of you guys have seen this, like Pedro has made this like the most famous funnel in the world for like challenge funnels. Right. But we don’t know is that you can learn this challenge funnel model and you can build funnels for other people. In fact, Austin Ford is one of my friends and he geeked out, he loves challenge funnels.

Speaker 4:

In fact, they call him the king. That’s why he has this whole crown on. And he got really good at building out challenge funnels. So here’s an example of what a challenge funnel looks like. He, he worked on it. Perfect. He got better and better bat till it was awesome. And after he did that, he went out there and he started launching challenge funnel after challenge, funnel, after challenge funnel with person after person after person. Right. And everyone was challenge funnel just crushes it because he’s mastered that one funnel type and clients pay him insane amounts of money to go and actually build out an entire challenge funnel with him. Okay. And so Austin’s actually gonna be on at the very end of the season. Come on, tell you guys the story as well. So as Kevin, so all these people I’m sharing, they’re gonna come at the end and kind of tell you guys their stories so you can see exactly what they did and how they did it.

Speaker 4:

But I guys wanna understand that, like this is the power master one funnel type and go out there and leveraging and get tons more clients. Okay. Now Austin is a funnel builder. Why? Cuz he knows how to use challenge funnels to make it rain. Okay. You guys getting this? Cool. Cool. So which time funnel do you wanna use? We show a couple here. I’m gonna show you just one more. One more is the funnel hub. Now funnel hub is actually one that my friends, Mike and AJ kind of invented and they invented thing called the funnel hub and they built it out for me and a couple people, they got really good and they started leveraging the result like, Hey, Russell’s got a funnel hub now. And they started showing other people and they sold to me, we got for Dan Kennedy, Steven Larson, Gary White, like all these people started getting him as well.

Speaker 4:

And now they sell dozens and dozens and dozens of these funnel hubs because they mastered the funnel type share got a result for somebody and then leveraged that over and over and over again. Okay. And again, Mike and AJ are funnel builders. Why? Cause they know how to use funnel hubs to make it rain. Okay. So you gotta see how like understanding this process. You can literally go out there and write your own swimming pool. If you’re like, Hey, this is my goal. I wanna make X amount of money. I wanna this much. I need for my car, my vacation pay off my student desk, whatever it’s you figure out our number is you, you master a funnel type. Get really good at that and say, okay, for me to build able to buy this car, I’m gonna find five clients to build the thing for and find 1, 2, 3 for five or six clients or one client or two client or whatever it is.

Speaker 4:

But now you have the ability to go write your own paycheck. Okay. One of the hardest things for most people in the, in the world is they’ve got these fixed income where it’s like, I make X amount of dollars a month. That’s all they have to go. And like, so they wanna go do something different. They gotta work a night job or they gotta like, you know, not spend money or they gotta save money on things. But like this gives you the ability to go out there and write your own swimming pool. Right? Cause something you can do on the side, you can do at night, you can do it on weekends. And as you get better and better and better at it, you can quit your job. You can do other things and just focus 100% on this thing. Like Kevin, for example, after he mastered it and made the first sale, then 32 and two years gave full-time job for me had three or four other people.

Speaker 4:

And he started building these funnels like crazy. Cause he knew how much money they could make from each one. And Kevin wrote himself a thousand swimming pools. I don’t know how many that’s that’s an exaggeration, but you guys get what I’m saying. Okay. So there’s three steps. Again, pick a funnel type that you wanna master. And there’s a dozen of ’em right there. Number two is get results of that funnel first. And number three, you leverage that result to get paid clients. That’s the magic. Okay? How many as you getting this, if you’re getting this, tap yourself in the chest and say I’m a funnel builder. I want hear it or type in the comments. Cause I can’t see you right now type. I’m a funnel builder. Tap yourself. Say I’m a funnel builder, everyone. The comments right now, I’m not going to, everyone goes through this.

Now 99% actually 99.9 99% of the people who come into click funnels, they have no idea what kind of funnel they wanna build. Okay. They literally come in and then the first question ask like cool. Every kid say, I need a funnel. I want a funnel. I’m like, cool. What kind of funnel do you want? And they look at me with the blank stares, like I don’t know. I’m like, you dunno what kind of funnel you want? Like, no, they just told me I need a funnel. So I’m here. I’m wanna funnel. And I’m like, well you don’t know. And they have no idea what kind of funnel they want. Right? And so that is your job. As a funnel builder, the first off is to help. ’em Understand what funnel they need. Cause again, there’s a lot of different funnel types. There’s challenge funnels and book funnels and webinar funnels and lead funnels.

Speaker 4:

And like, but every business is different. Every situation’s different. So half of your job is you’re saying, look for your specific business. This is the type of funnel you need to have. And that alone is worth so much to somebody. Okay? So that’s the first thing to understand. There’s two ways you get paid. Number one is you get paid to actually show them what you like, what type of funnel they need to build. This is you giving them the strategy from your head. Like, okay, you are a dentist. This is the kind of funnel you need. This is the strategy for dentist or oh no, you’re a chiropractor. This is the thing. Oh, you’re an author. This is the strategy. Okay. So step number one is, is helping ’em understand the strategy. And I’m about to show you this. People will literally pay you just to explain to them the strategy, okay?

Speaker 4:

That’s the first time you get paid. Then the second time you get paid is when they say that looks awesome. I wanna build it. And they pay you again. Then, then go and actually build the funnel. That’s when you do the tactics of the actual funnel build, okay, that’s the power you get paid twice. You get paid once to explain them the strategy and you paid a second time to go to the tactics. It’s kinda like building home, right? The first time the architect gets paid to design the house and then the builders get paid to actually build the house. Same thing with you, but you can actually be both. You can be the architect and the designer. Okay. That’s what I’m talking about here. So number one, you get paid to show them the strategy. Number two, you can get paid to actually build the phone.

Speaker 4:

So let me show you how that works. Okay. So what is the strategy? The strategy is again, people will help pay you to map out their, their potential sales funnels, simulate traffic, and see the profit potential before you even build the funnel for, and they wanna see what it is that you’re even gonna do. Okay? Cause most of ’em coming in knowing that like I keep hearing, I need a funnel, but I don’t want what that means. So your job to say, well, here’s, here’s the funnel, this specific, what you need for your business. Here’s how it works. And showing them all the numbers. Okay. That’s what the strategy is, is helping ’em understand them. Okay. Now Ben mood is one of my really close friends. I’ve been working really close with Ben recently. And as we were kind of planning this, he said, do you know how I do my, my my strategies?

Speaker 4:

And I’m like, no. He said, people pay me upfront to go and do all the funnel hacking for them. So he’s like, I go, I do the funnel hacking. I, I prebuilt out the funnel. I whiteboard, I show ’em everything. And then from that, I show it to him. And then afterwards if they like it, then they hire me then to go and build the actual funnel. I said, well, how do you do it? And he walked me through the process and it was really cool. Okay. And so what he and we’ve been working together on this. We’ve called it, the Rainmaker proposal. This we were coming and saying, look, I’m a Rainmaker. Let me show you if this was my business, this is what I would do to make it rain inside your business. So this is the Rainmaker proposal. And again, clients are gonna pay you for this, how much they gonna pay you?

Speaker 4:

It depends. You can sell us for 50 bucks. You can sell for 500 bucks. I don’t really care. Right? and the better you get, the more you can charge. Okay. But step number one is the Rainmaker proposal that you’re gonna pay you to go make the proposal. So first thing you’re gonna do is you’re gonna reverse engineer, proven funnels, AK. You’re gonna funnel hack for them. Okay? Number two is then you’re gonna map out and simulate the funnel inside of a software called guru. We’ll talk about it a second. And number three, you’re gonna draft the proposal. So lemme show how it works. Number one is you gotta find something that’s working so they can model. So if someone’s a chiropractor and comes to me, I wanna be able to show ’em like, here’s other people who have chiropractic funnels. Cuz a lot of times, especially new people come in, they don’t, they can’t, they don’t understand what a funnel is.

Speaker 4:

They can’t like bridge the gaps you’re coming and saying, okay, for your type business, let me show other people what they’re doing. That’s working. Okay. So step one is you gotta find something that’s working so you can model. So this really cool software. In fact, we come back I’m gonna show you guys this software that all of our certified people get access to software. I’ll talk about it in a minute, but this is really cool software. You can go and actually do the funnel hacking. So this is the way it works. So you come to the software and on left hand side here, it says Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, let’s say YouTube ads. You can sort by publishers. So I come up here and say, okay, advertiser type in Russell Brunson. And it’s gonna show you guys all of the YouTube ads that I’m currently writing.

Speaker 4:

Like, oh, there’s all Russell’s YouTube ads, right? So you can see them or let’s say I’m gonna do Facebook ads. And I’m looking for chiropractors in Boise, Idaho. I, I click on the button and boom, here’s all the chiropractors in Boise who are running paid ads. So you can show that to them. Then you click on it and actually shows you the funnel. Okay? So here’s the ad. And then here’s the funnels going to, and now I have a funnel I can show, I can go and funnel hack. I can show every single page in the process. And now I show them, here’s the ads that are working. Here’s the funnels that are working. And that quick, I look like a rockstar because I know more about their business than they even do. Then I can take that data back to me like, Hey, here’s all the ads that are working in your industry.

These ones working in Boise, these ones are in Chicago. These ones from New York. These are all the best people right now. This is what their funnels actually look like. And this is what we’re gonna be building for you. And all of a sudden they’re like, oh, that looks so cool. They see it in action with another business like theirs. Now they’re more likely to trust you and believe you because you’ve actually proven, like you did all the research for them. You funnel hacked for them, right? So that’s step number one, step number two. Then you’re gonna map out their funnel a potential funnel in a software called guru. And you’re gonna actually simulate traffic. Now I’m gonna show you this tool real quick before you go out there and like, I’m gonna go buy guru. I’m in the process right now buying this company.

Cause I wanted to give guru to every single one of my certified partners. And so just know that like this is the tool I’m gonna be including for you guys. So page and you go and you actually build out the funnel so you can visually see it before anyone goes. And actually before you have to go build in click funnels, right? Then you go in, you add how much are these product gonna cost you type in the data, the product costs all that kind of stuff, right after you put in the product or the, the price for single product inside of the, the funnel you simulated, then you come through a say, what do you think my conversion, like, I think landing page will convert. 20% upsell page will convert this. You put in the, your guesstimate, what conversion rates will be.

Speaker 4:

And then after you do that in every single page, then you can go and add in YouTube ads or Facebook ads. You’re so much ad costs. And then you go and you click the simulate button and this will simulate what would happen if you build out this funnel and they spend $2,000 on Facebook ads, right? And the first time we simulate, it’s like, oh, they lost a thousand bucks, say, okay. But if we come back and we tweak this and get the conversion up to 8%, let’s see what it looks like now. And then you click it and show them like, oh, this time based on these numbers, you make 1500 bucks. Okay? But you do this whole simulation. You show the client and then they actually have a chance to understand. Then you can actually share that simulation with them and they can see it.

Speaker 4:

Is that amazing. So instead of you have to go and build a whole funnel for them and then show like all the work ahead of time, you just build a simulation, you show it to ’em okay. And then they see that like, oh my gosh, it looks amazing. And you can, it helps with like client expectations as well. Cause you can say, look, if this page converts at 5%, we make money, but it’s only 3%. We’re not gonna make money. So just, you know, in the process, when we keep we’re gonna tweaking and testing and getting things until we get to this point, soon as at 5%, now it’s profitable. Now it’s like, this is one it’s gonna be amazing. Okay. So second step is to build out the simulation and then sending out simulation to the client so they can see the whole process.

They can, they can understand what’s gonna be happening. And now they’re rate of rock and roll. Okay. Now again, like I said, those who get certified we’re gonna be giving you guys the software for free. So just that’s another gift for you guys. You decide to go all in. Okay. And the cool thing is the agency version of guru is you can actually replace the guru logo with your logo. So no one even knows the guru exists. They look like you’re the genius who invent this software. You’re like, oh, this is my Russell Brunson funnel, simulator software. Let me plug it in my numbers. So you send the reports and send the actual simulations to ’em and it all looks like it’s coming from you. Not from me, which is kind of cool that way. They have no idea that, that we even exist.

It’s just your own private label thing. That’s really, really cool. Okay. So that’ll be something that again, will get all certified people. Okay. And the step number three, you send them the funnel, hat, the funnel build, you, send them the the simulation and then you blow their minds and everything you gather. And they’re like, oh my gosh, this is amazing. Now again, I wanna understand they paid you for this market research. They paid you. What did all the research? You, the funnel hacking all the ads. You simulated the funnel, you gave it to them, right. And after that’s done, like, this is amazing. Guess the next question always is, can you build this for me? And yes. And that’s how you get paid the second time. Okay. Like I said, the first time you get paid to build out the framework, this is the architect building.

Here’s the architecture of the funnel. And the second time, then you actually get paid to go and actually build the funnel. Does that make sense? Are you guys getting this? All right. Cool. now it’s funny. I was talking to Ben cause this is Ben’s whole model. He goes and he, he charges people. His cost is a thousand bucks search, a thousand bucks through the whole funnel hack. And then after he gives the whole thing to you, then they come back and they hire him to the funnel bill. And I asked him actually last night, I was like, what percentage of people who you do the funnel hack for actually pay you for the funnel build. And he said, 80%. I said, are you serious? 80%? He’s like, no, that’s not actually true. He’s like so far, I’ve had a hundred percent everybody.

I do the funnel hack for ended up hiring me to build the funnel. Cause like that seems like kind of, kind of high <laugh>. I was like, okay. So I don’t know what conversions will be, but for Ben it’s a hundred percent. You might be 5%. You might be 0%. I don’t know. But like the, the conversion rate people who actually let you architect the building, the people who actually have you build the building is really, really, really high. Does that make sense? Sometimes it’s, it’s, it’s scary for a client to say, I’m gonna give you $10,000 to build a funnel, but they’re like, I’ll give you a hundred bucks to go, to build a, to build out my proposal. Right. And you get paid for that. You do it. And then they’re like, this is amazing. Yes. I trust you. You know more about business than I do.

Speaker 4:

You do all research, you show ’em the funnel’s gonna look like, yes, of course I’m gonna give you money. Right. And that’s how you close clients really easily through that two step process of the proposal, the Rainmaker proposal, and then building the funnel for them afterwards. Okay. So then the second time you paid is the paid funnel build. Okay. And this is really simple. Number one, you, you build the actual funnel, you designed, then you test and you optimize it and you blow their minds. Once again, don’t love blowing. Like client’s minds just makes them like this. Person’s amazing. Okay. So what you do is you take your, the funnel, you built out inside a gear that you simulated and you go and you plug it and you build the holding into ClickFunnels. That’s it’s pretty simple. Now, again, this is not a, I’m not gonna do whole ClickFunnels tutorial, but for most of you guys, you know, it’s pretty simple.

You go in there and you, you design the, the funnel steps. Then you go into the actual page, you drag and drop and build the funnel for them. Number three, you add all the upsells and down sales members, areas, whatever it is. And then it’s done, it’s building ClickFunnels and then you can go and you can give it to ’em. Okay. Now, for those of you guys who can get certified I wanna give you guys another gift. You guys okay. If I were deliver once again, so make sure you’re cool with that. Okay. You guys are cool. Okay, good. Thank you. All right. I’m gonna over deliver once again, for those of you guys who decide to get certified inside of click funnels, 2.0, we built what we called an agency account. So that means, let’s say I get somebody who’s a chiropractor and I go and I can go. And inside click funnels are like on side here. These are called workspaces. So these little workspaces here, each one is a separate ClickFunnels account. So let’s say I sign on a chiropractor. I come in here, I can build a workspace. It’s just for him. I can go. I can build the entire funnel, get it all, set up. If you get everything done and the chiropractor’s not paying for, I’m not paying for it. But as soon as it’s done, then I can give that funnel to, I can give that this account to the, to the chiropractor, they put their credit card in. You get paid commission on that person’s thing. And then it goes live. Okay. And you as one of our one of the certified funnel builders, you have the ability to add as many of these workspace as you want.

So you can be working on five or 10 clients at once and you don’t, you don’t pay anything while they’re building, while you’re building out those accounts. And then when you, when you get done, you hand it off to them and they start paying for it. Okay. But this is just a huge, you guys are gonna love this. Everyone who I know who’s got agency, who’s been playing with click phones 2.0 is freaking out because this is like the greatest thing world. And the only way to get the agency camera, you can’t get us any other way, ex, unless you are one of our certified partners to just understanding that. Are you guys in the comments are freaking out about that? Yes. Those who know? No. No. Okay. Step number two. After you got the funnel built out, then you gotta go and you actually have to get the copy on the pages.

Right? So what is copy? This is my partner, Jim Edwards, and I, we created a software called funnel scripts, and I got something really cool with funnel scripts as well. But basically what copy is on the page copy is all the stuff on the funnel page. So it’s the headline, the videos, the words, like all the words, right? It’s the upsells, the down like this is all the copy. Okay. Copy is also the ads, the words and the ads. It’s also the emails that get sent out, right? That’s all copy. Typically like when I, these are actually sales there’s I hired somebody to write for me, right? This first one cost me $20,000. This was 20,000, 15,000. This is like, what really good copywriters charge to write copy for sales pages and funnels and ads and things like that. It’s expensive.

Speaker 4:

Okay. And again, I literally, I can show you as the, the wire transfer. I literally paid that much for each of these individual sales letters. Okay. And so one big secret. This is a write down, write this down. The number one way to increase what you charge somebody as a funnel builder is to become awesome at copy. Does that make sense? Okay. Or find someone who’s really good copywriter that you can have on part of your team. Okay. Cause again, this is the price that I’m paying for a copy. So you guys understand like, that’s, it’s the number way to increase what you’re charging. So if you’re like, oh, I’m making funnels, I wanna make more money. Get really good at copy. Okay. Now, one thing you can do is inside of funnel scripts, we created something special just for people who are certified and it’s our agency account.

What that means is basically what you do is you go and you can create, what’s called an avatar profile. You give that to your client and say, fill this out, tell us all about your, your dream customer. And they, they fill out the entire thing for you. They click a button and it saves that into your funnel scripts account. And then inside your funnel scripts account, you can go, you can make headlines and ads and you click a couple buttons and it does all the writing for you. Okay? And so this is the tool we gave you to be able to increase how much you charge for everyone of your clients. Which is really cool as well. So the copy goes on the pages. So it looks like this right. Click funnels. You build out the actual funnel. Funnelscripts tell you, write all the copy that goes in all the pages as well.

Does that make sense? All right. Cool. Cool. I’m so happy. You guys are freaking out. I love the comments. Like I trying look over like, oh good. You guys are tracking. You guys are getting this very cool. Ken, if you guys are, if you guys are getting this and you’re like, this is amazing. Like again, once time, if I’m a funnel, builder yell, I’m a funnel builder. So secret number three is how to tap into the literally unlimited stream of people who are begging you to build funnels for them. Okay.

And there’s tons of these and I’m gonna go through a couple ’em really quick. Okay. So in fact, I’m gonna go through six ways and I’m gonna kinda rapid fire these cuz I know. There’s so much more I wanna talk about. I just kinda go faster these, okay. So, so here’s six quick ways to get clients that are just easy. Okay. Number one, find somebody who’s got, we call ’em a ugly funnel, an ugly funnel, and then make them UN ugly. Like I saw turning Robins funnel. They about to launch. I was like, that funnel is not optimized at all. Like, please let me fix this for you. And he’s like, okay. And I built it. Right? So make their funnel UN ugly. Now guess what? How many ugly funnels think they’re all in are in the world? I would say hundreds of millions.

Speaker 4:

Potentially. Maybe billions. Right? There’s a lot of ’em. So all you is find a funnel that’s ugly and then UN ugly it. Okay. That’s how I got to know. Remember Noah, the 14 year old kid I showed you as earlier. That’s how I got to know him. We built the page and I was like, I can make it better. He rebuilt one for, he didn’t charge me anything to ask if rebuilt it for me and said, send to and said, Hey Russell, your funnel’s kinda ugly. Here’s the new one. I hope you enjoy it. And send to me is a gift. And I was like, who is this 14 year old kid? I called my phone, got to know him and boom, like, that’s how he got his foot in the door. He took an ugly foot. Well, I’m not gonna admit that it was ugly, but he took my funnel and he made it better.

Okay. Like how powerful this strategy’s that like, there’s tons of people out there. Who, who, who you make a funnel better. And you got your foot in the door. Okay. Number two. How many, like again, I, I love book funnels. I told you this before. Think about this. Okay. You go to Amazon. How many authors are on Amazon? Millions. How many authors need a book? Funnel? All of them. So I went here today. I literal typed in photography books. Just like how many, how many people have written a book on how to do photography. Okay. You can’t see it over 60,000 books on how to do photography. How many, how many funnels do you think there are on people? Like, like how many photography book funnels are there? I’d guess maybe a dozen, probably less. That means there’s 59,998. People who need book funnels.

And that’s just photography. Imagine we type in gardening or type in jujitsu or type in wrestling or type in boxing type in like whatever it is. Like there are tens of thousands of authors who need book funnels and they’re all sitting there, not selling books on Amazon. Wondering why is nobody buying my book? Like literally you message ’em Hey, your book’s awesome. But you need to sell these things to a funnel. I’ll build the book funnel for you. I built it for so and so, so and so I do it for you as well. Boom, like unlimited leads. Jeff Bezos. Thank you so much for giving us all the authors information right here for free on Amazon. Okay. You guys getting this? There are so many ways. Excuse me. So many ways to get clients. Okay. Number three, you can give away free funnels, like go and make a funnel, like make a book funnel or make a webinar funnel or make a product launch funnel, like make a funnel and then give it away.

And guess what people who want product launch funnels, guess what they wanna do. If they wanna launch a product, people who want a free book funnel, guess they want, they wanna launch a book. So if you make a product launch funnel and get away and people come in and give you email address for a free product launch funnel, you can contact a person. Say, I saw you got my free product launch funnel. Would you like me to actually custom build this thing for you? And boom, you gotta client that fast. Okay. This is one that we tested this with. We just give away a free Le a two page lead funnel. And we got leads like CR it was like the easiest thing it leads for now. I don’t build funnels for other people. So I, I didn’t follow up them, but I could have easily been like, Hey, the 5,000 people gave me your email address.

Speaker 4:

I, how many guys like me to build a funnel from 5,000 people? I bet I could get least a couple dozen without even trying. Okay. So build a free funnel, give it away and then upsell those people. And you actually building the funnel out for them. Okay. Live events. I told you about Kevin Richards earlier, Kevin got all of his clients by going to live events. Okay. We have funnel hacking live coming up in a couple months. There’s gonna be 7,000 people funneling live of those 7,000 people. Almost all of them need a funnel. And so like going there networking, you’re gonna find people that need funnels. And if you’re a funnel builder, man, it’s like dating. Right? So match making like heaven. Okay. But this is all events go to any live event. In fact, here’s a, here’s a bonus strategy for those who are paying attention.

He guys wants a bonus strategy. Like a week ago, Pedro launched his like challenge funnel live training right now. If you sign up for that, you saw, there’s probably a couple thousand people that signed up for that. And all those couple thousand people guess they all want, they all want challenge funnels. Like if you go in there and you’re like the person being helpful, you can get tons of clients. Jeff Walker every day, every year does a whole train, teach you how to do product launch funnels. Okay. If you go into that community, you’re like, Hey, I can build product launch funnels for you guess how many clients you can get as many as you want. Right? This is happening every single day. There’s so many opportunities. Right? And so it’s just looking for opportunities, networking with people, becoming good at a funnel type and then putting yourself out there and people will start coming to you.

Okay. Next secret and start looking at people’s value ladders. Right? Cause a lot of times you’ll see a big market and they’ oh, they’ve got a webinar funnel. They’re crushing it. But they only have one of like 10 funnels. Okay. So like, Hey, this person got a really good webinar funnel. What if I did a challenge funnel for ’em contact him and say, Hey, you got a cool webinar funnel. Let’s do a challenge for your webinar. I’ll build the whole thing out for you. And but when you start building the funnels, you start filling up the gaps in their value ladders, and you can take a percentage of that income. You can charge ’em per thing. Like there’s so many opportunities by looking at the gaps in somebody’s existing businesses. Okay. I would say of all the people I know in this industry, I know a lot.

There’s very, very few that have more than one or two types of funnels. Right? And so you can come into all of those and be like, Hey you got a cool, a good high ticket phone funnel, but you need a survey funnel. You need a lead funnel. You need like, you gotta see the power of this is like just building the funnels they don’t have for them. Okay. Fill in the gaps in a value ladder. All right. So for those of you guys need to come certified, I got one other cool strategy. How many guys want this one as well? This is cool because I told you guys number one question again, like who can build a funnel for me. And so we’ve been building in the background for the last probably man, almost seven or eight months now funnel builder marketplace.

Speaker 4:

And this marketplace is just for people who are funnel builders and people who are looking for funnel builders to be like a matchmaker. We can connect people. Okay. And so this is going live and probably 30 to 45 days now, so is gonna be going live. And initially people are gonna be putting in. Here are people who are certified funnel builders. You will go inside of here and you literally go and you post your projects. And you’ll be, people will be see, like here’s this person’s certified. Here’s all certification badges. And by being a certified person inside of here all the traffic comes. In fact, literally every email comes from click. Funnel’s like, Hey, need help. Like, it’ll be in the footer. Every email will be email specifically about that saying if you need help build the funnel, go to the marketplace and find and find somebody to build a funnel for you.

And so this marketplace is literally where we’re gonna be sending all of those people. Okay. And so for you, if you’re certified funnel builder, you can actually put your project listings in here and you start getting clients to that as well. Okay. And so that’s kind of a gift. So yeah. How many guys are excited so far? Who’s freaking out with me. <Laugh> awesome. Okay. So in today’s presentation, a couple things first off I talked about is how you can write your own swimming pool. Number two, I showed you how to get paid twice one, by building out the funnel proposal.

Okay, you guys getting this and we understand like at the beginning you are gonna suck your first. Funnel’s gonna be horrible. You’re getting paid $0 for it. Maybe five bucks for a tail. But if you do it again and again, and again, eventually as Gar said, even eventually you suck so less, so little that eventually you’ll become good. Right. And that is the reality. Okay. The key is we have to give you is office side, get you started and have to start building these funnels together. Okay. So I have a question for you guys. Do you guys have a minute for question? Do you guys think that if you went through the process we talked about today, if you followed this funnel build process, number one, you became really, really good at one funnel type, right? You learned how to become a Rainmaker. You became a Rainmaker with book funnels or challenge funnels with webinar funnels.

We mastered one funnel type, right? And then you went and you got really good at like at crafting out the strategy and then actually building that funnel out. Right? Understanding that again, at the very beginning, you were gonna suck. It’s not gonna be very good, but you know that the end goal is for me to become a Rainmaker where I can master this one funnel type becomes so good. And I get clients like crazy. Right? You come back there. Do you think that you follow this process? You get good at a funnel type, right? People pay you to actually go and build out a proposal. You give them proposal, they see the proposal and then they can hire you to actually build that funnel for them. Do you think you could do that? Okay. Yeah. It’s not that difficult, right? It’s not rocket science. It’s not like I have to learn how to run Facebook ads and Google and all these like crazy.

It’s like, no, I have to get really good at one funnel type and pick one and become really good at it. I gotta figure out how to like build a simulation for it and just master and understand that. And then I gotta figure out how to build that funnel out. Okay. And after you’ mastered that once, like you have all the keys, like when Kevin did product launch funnel, the first one was confusing. Right? ROCI has the first time you do the funnel. It’s gonna be like, oh, this is so hard. And then like you do it like, oh, that was actually pretty easy. And you can do it again and again and again. Right. The reason why I’m able to launch funnel so quickly is because I’ve done all the funnel types. Like we did this webinar right for you guys to get on here.

It wasn’t hard. Like, alright, webinar funnels have like three pages. We’ve got three pages, change the copy, change stuff. And boom, we’re live in like 15 minutes. Like when you get good at it becomes easy. So just understand you gotta become master one first. Time’s gonna be hard. You’re gonna suck then start selling the proposal. And then from there sell the actual funnel builds. Okay. So certification, we talked about it in stock gonna be cheap. We started 18,000. We got down to five to 15,000 today. Which is a pretty good price. You guys for certification. I have friends doing certifications at $21,000 and higher. So 15,000 is actually a pretty good deal. But I wanna a little lower. You guys wanna a little lower than that. If you do again, I want hear to say it. My funnel builder, if you’re a funnel builder, you’re like I man, I wanna become, I wanna be a certified.

Book funnels. My favorite for you made it product launch funnel. Maybe it’s webinar of like you’re gonna pick one and become a master at it. So I don’t think like, ah, this is overwhelming. No, these are all the ones you gonna pick, which one you like the most. And then you become a master at that one. Okay. Plus on top of that right now people are paying a ton of money for their membership sites and they’re paying a ton of money for follow up funnels, email campaigns. And so we’re also in deep training on both of these. So you can add that to your skillset.

You can say, Hey, I’m gonna build your challenge funnel and a membership site. I’m gonna build your challenge funnel. Plus do email sequence. Like we’ll also do training on both of those as well. It’s a valuable tool that you guys will be in charge of like, obviously listing your services in the marketplace and making sure like doing deals, you get stars, get ratings or reviews and making good funnels and putting your portfolio. And we’ll teach you to do all that kind of stuff to make it. So you’re very, very attractive and people wanna pay you, but your job is to do that. So we’ll let you list yourself in the marketplace and I’ll be sending tons of people there, but then it’s your job to kind of get the leads and work through from there on top of that, we’ll be spending tons of time inside certification program, showing you how to get leads, how to get customers, how to sell em, how to close.

I’m like all that kinda stuff will be covered as well and tons of detail. Cause we wanna make sure you guys are having success as well. So not leads getting certified, learning how to do all this stuff. We’ll also be helping you guys with how to actually get clients, how to sell people all that kinda stuff as well. That sound good. Okay. Question number three. Once I’m certified, is there a suggested price point to be to, I should be charging for the product for my, for the funnel builds. So the answer to that is kind of with funnel building there’s, there’s a wide, there’s a wide range of, of prices, right? When most is get started, the first funnel might be free. You might just like Stephanie did like, she both funneled for free. Then she had success that, and she leveraged it and she charged charging more.

Speaker 4:

Everyone charges different prices. Typically the type of business you’re working with depends on how much money you can charge. Okay. So for example, let’s say you are doing a funnel for a restaurant, right? A restaurant. There’s a lot of customers coming through, but the average person goes to restaurant might spend 50 bucks or 30 bucks, right? So if you get them one new client a month, they make an extra 50 bucks a month. You probably can’t charge that much for that kind of a funnel. Right? But let’s say you go, you work with someone who is a dentist that does cosmetic surgery and their typical patient values, $10,000 for Invisalign. Right? And if you get them one new client a month, they’re making 10 grand a month, you can charge a lot more, right? Maybe you give them three clients a month. They’re five clients a month.

Speaker 4:

Like, like if you get, if you work with companies that have higher CU average customer value, you can charge a lot more. We’ll teach those things in the certification program as well. But there’s no like, like set pricing, right? This is all up to you in negotiations, but we’ll walk you us through how to do it. You know, the proposals we’ve seen people sell anywhere from $50 for funnel proposal up to Ben moot charges, a thousand dollars for a funnel proposal, right? So there’s that big range and the better you get them more, you can charge right supply and demand. You start getting a lot of clients start charging more and you get less clients coming in and you can work with the ones you want. Right. Same thing on the funnel building like first, maybe you build a funnel for a hundred bucks, but if you get better, then you could charge more charge, 500 charge, a thousand, you get better and better.

Speaker 4:

Then you can come back and you know, like Kevin charge a percentage of the product launch as opposed to charging for the funnel build, right. Or like no, a charger percent. I get equity in the companies. Like there’s so many things you can do, but it all comes down to how good you get in this game. Okay. So I’m gonna give you all the tools and the resources, the training to make you amazing, but then it comes up to you. Like you gotta take a, you gotta take these things and become really, really good if you do that. Man, you have tons of success. Okay. Next question, three, four. How long do I have to complete the course? Okay. So this is the cool thing is right now, again, this is the beta group, which means right now you’re gonna get in, there’s a bunch of cool stuff you can dive into. Now this weekend, you can go through a bunch of foundational stuff. You start getting the wheels you had spinning. And the next week we launch the first certification program and each week we’ll launch new. And after that, and so what’s cool about it is you can kind of do this in your own timeline. So me guys are gonna be crazy and you’re gonna do every time, one releases, you’re gonna do it and have it done in like, you know, in a week and then be, be be certified in that funnel type. Some of you guys may like like maybe like, I don’t like book funnels, survey funnels are stupid.

Speaker 4:

I don’t like these kind of and like, oh, but I love this one. And maybe you just do one or you do two, it’s totally up to you. I don’t really care. You know, some of you guys like you can have, you can make an amazing income of mastering, just one funnel type. So maybe you’re waiting for two or three weeks till that one comes then boom. You just go deep and, and understand that one and become amazing at that. Okay. But there’s no like set time to complete it. Like you have access to this again, when you sign up, you have two years access this for two years, the training’s there. And after that, it’s just 500 bucks a year to continue education to keep your certification open. So yeah. Number five, how many exams are there? Do I have take ’em all it’ll be come certified.

So there’s a for each funnel type, there’s a train, there’s a strategy training, technical training, copywriting training. And then you go and you actually are gonna build two funnels using that funnel type. And then afterwards there’s a quiz you gotta take. And that’s it. Okay. Now again, there’s this certification for each funnel type. So if there’s certification, like you’d be certified at book funnels and then you go the marketplace, I’m, I’m certified at book funnels. Now I’m certified at webinar funnels. So you can do each individual certification. You have a chance to go and do those. So each certification does have an exam and a quiz. So you can have up to like 10 or 15, if you do all of ’em, you can have like one, if you just do one okay, let’s see. Will I be required to recertify? So yes, the way it works again, you have two years access certification program and two years now there’s $500 a year.

Recertification. That’ll give you basically the ability to go through continu education will have new stuff, kind of update you. Some of those things will also be as we go deeper into like potentially copywriting training and the conversion training, things like that. Those will all be continu education credits as well that you’ll continue to have after as we keep going through it. Okay. Oh, this is, I think it’s the last question. Do I have a, is there a licensing fee or commission? So the answer is no, you are not paying me a licensing fee. There’s no commissions. You gotta pay me. This is yours. Like you, you sign up somebody, you keep all the money, it’s your money. It’s not mine. I make my money honestly, by them using click funnels accounts. So that’s my evil motivation. If I can get you really, really good at selling lots and lots of funnels, then those people need click funnels, accounts.

And what’s cool about though, is that we Haven an affiliate program. We have the in fact, this is crazy. We did the math. We we paid out $91 million in affiliate commission since click funnel’s been live. So my goal is to pay you back commission. So you will get a client, you build a funnel for them. And Stephanie’s one of my favorite people like I’ve met ever. Like she’s one of the coolest people ever. And as I was planning a whole certification program going back and forth, I I’ve, I messaged her a couple questions. And then she’s like, did you know that, like I got started going through your certification program, that the very first one click phone’s first launch. And I was like, no, they started telling me the first story. And second, she told me like four or five stories and I was like, this is insane. Like, can you come like tell, I want everyone to understand this is real. It’s not something makeup or believe it. This is like a real thing. So Stephanie, first off, thank you for coming on. How are you doing today?

Okay, awesome. I’m doing so good. I’m so excited to be able to come here and tell my story because it’s been absolutely incredible.

I’m so glad to thank making the time and jumping on here. So I would love for you to kind of tell, I wanna hear a couple of your stories cause they’re so good. But there was a time, I don’t know, six or seven years ago where you were on a webinar like this. When we had the very first, we haded a certification program back today, you guys, it hasn’t been around for five years and you sat here and you listened to this and you had, you had to make the same decision, a lot of people making now, will you walk, like what was going on in your mind? I love to hear that. And then like what made you decide to like pull the trigger and jump all in?

Speaker 8:

Absolutely. So I was so new to this whole world of digital marketing and like brands making new, I didn’t know anything. I just happened to, into this world by a friend who needed some help. And I am kind of a techie with computers, like physical computers. Like I don’t how to, you know, build a computer or install Ram, you know, those kind of things. And then I found this incredible world in it came, it happened because the.com secrets book I funnel, I believe. And on the back end, I, yes, I remember seeing this video and Russell, you were talking and you’re interviewing people about you know, what had happened in their lives since they had started building funnels. And I was like, oh my gosh, like I, I still remember staring at the screen and kind of feeling almost like the like the heat brush on your face whenever you know, that you’ve happened upon something that could potentially change your life.

Speaker 8:

And then there was this application process and <laugh> I had no idea about, about any of this stuff before, but there was an application process. So I got in, I gave my heart and soul in this application process and I got in, you know, and so I get on the phone with someone at ClickFunnels and they’re starting to tell me, you know, I think this would be really amazing for you. What, what would you do if this was a real thing, if you could build funnels for people that would change your life. And I started thinking about what would happen and it would, I knew it would completely change our lives. Cuz at that time I was a homeschooling mom of four, well, no, technically three at that time. And my husband was working two jobs. There was no way for him to go and work.

Speaker 8:

Another job. There was literally no more time for him to work anymore. And one of my kids had some learning differences and so it really wasn’t an option for me to send my kid kids away and like go to corporate and, and make more money. And I knew it, like I can’t explain. I knew that I knew that I knew that I needed to be in this program, but the reality was is we did not have any money. I didn’t even have a thousand dollars to my name, you guys like, and then after I got on this call and they’re like, you’re approved, you can get in the program. And I was like, wow, that’s amazing. We have to talk to my husband. And so we get off the call, I talk to my husband. I’m like, what could we do, babe?

Speaker 8:

Like, I don’t know, is there anything we could do? And we both decided mutually that at that time in our lives, it just wasn’t right timing to like get a credit card or do anything like that. And I just felt this sinking feeling, going to bed at night, I was like, I’m missing out. I’m a huge opportunity. And I believe in myself, I know that if I could just get into this program and get these skills, I know that I could change our stars. Right. I know that I could make a difference in our lives. And so anyway, I woke up the next morning and still just kind of like, Ugh, flip flopping in my mind, in my heart. And I had this idea, this epiphany and I decided I knew I needed $10,000. Like maybe I myself could figure out, like I could sell some stuff online and I could get a thousand dollars.

Speaker 8:

And then I had just come in contact, I’d done some work for some people that I knew, you know, $3,000 would be nothing for them. And so the crazy, I don’t feel, I think back about it now. And I’m like, oh my gosh, you can leave my business. But I wrote this email to three people that I knew and I said, look, there’s this opportunity and I’m not able to help myself give this opportunity. And guys, I’ve heard things in the chat already. I saw expensive for an average person. It’s way too expensive for someone just starting out, looks like I’m gonna have to sell my soul. <Laugh>

Speaker 8:

Oh my gosh. Like I can’t tell you how much I understand where you’re coming from and what you’re saying. Cuz I didn’t have the money guys. We were really, really, really, really, really struggling. And so I reached out to these people and I wrote them an email, three people. And I said, Ugh, if you would you be willing to invest $3,000 into me and I will do six months of work for you after I complete this program, what I learned and I will help you build your business. And I wrote that email to three people and before I knew it, this is the craziest thing you guys, one of them wrote back and said that he wanted to give the full $10,000. Wow. And I was like, oh my gosh. Like I remember I was like shaking. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, this is gonna happen. This is really gonna happen. I’m gonna do this. This is gonna happen. And so I, I, I, I met up, I got, I got, he wrote me a check for $10,000 and I can’t remember how crazy that felt to me. I’d never spent more than maybe, maybe 37 or $47 online on any kind of learning of anything. It was beyond me to think about spending even a thousand dollars on something online. And then here I am with this $10,000 check, I’m gonna go plop it down and give it to Russell

I can build funnels, like craziest thing. And it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made that changed our lives.

Speaker 4:

So cool. Now I told a couple of your stories, but I sure didn’t tell him was like, as well as you can cuz I’d love you to tell the chiropractor story. I kind of mentioned it throughout the thing, but cause that was one of the first ones you did. Right. And how it snowball the next thing, the next thing. But I’d love you to kind tell that stories. People understand. Cause I know a lot of ’em like, oh, I don’t even dare to sell a funnel, but instead like you went and got results first and then like people started coming to you, which is the power of, of having success with the funnel.

Speaker 8:

Yeah, no it was, and it was so much fun because if you are at all techie and, and I do believe you don’t actually have to be techie. I’ve actually taught my 12 year old, my 14 year old, the how build funnels and they’re pretty darn good thumb builders. But the beautiful part was I started out and I did the free funnel and then I start and then I started getting paid to build these funnels and, and run traffic to them. And before I knew it, I was meeting, you know, getting into these groups and stuff and meeting all these businesses and they’re like, man, I need a funnel. I need this, I need that. And, and it was crazy is I could help them. I knew how to help them. And then furthermore, as I kind of progressed in different areas of what I was learning, I was able to build funnels from my own business mm-hmm <affirmative> and that, I think that’s when it really clicked for me that I had gotten a skill that was gonna take away a fear that I had had survival, you know, of how are we gonna make it?

Speaker 8:

What is our, you know, what, what is life gonna look like? You know, like this very real fear, whenever you’ve experienced real poverty or you’ve been really bad off. And <laugh> and it was so crazy cuz I remember whenever I realized I can build funnels for other people as services and I can build it for myself for my own business and for courses and things like that, that I wanna build for. And I was like, my life is, I will never have to worry again about how I’m gonna be able to make money because I gained a real skill that is viable and it’s, it’s not going anywhere. Yeah. It’s not going

Speaker 4:

Anywhere. So cools been incredible. I love you paying a picture like cuz now you have your agency and I don’t know how many clients, but you have a bunch of clients over here and you got people now who you’ve trained to do the work as well. But then over here you launch your own courses. You have like just people understand like, like I, I see all this stuff you’re doing. It’s like so amazing. I know how many clients you got, like you introduce me, one of your clients who had a wall. Maybe you wanna tell that story, like the, had these walls, you help blow up their business and then, but then you also build your own courses over here. Like it’s just so much fun. Like how many cool things you’re able to do at the same time because you have the skillset.

Speaker 8:

Yes. And, and that’s one really cool thing about what I love because yes, we’re talking about funnel building right now, but Russell over delivers fun every and so I got in the foot funnel certified partner program and I went through all that training and guys, it was so next level. And I can only imagine now this is like all these years later, how much more next level this is gonna be. So I didn’t just learn funnel building. I learned copywriting, I understood direct response and I got to learn from the breaks and it was absolutely game changing. And so as I have grown, I’ve been able to work with other businesses in order to grow the business. And one specifically actually there’s two wonderful stories. That one is Joshua Stevens of King’s Luke. You know, he came to me and he had this wallet idea and it was a beautiful wallet.

Like I knew I saw a dang, this is, this is awesome. And he had this wallet and he was like, I, I sell these at train shows, but COVID has shut us down. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> and I worked with him and basically he put the last bid he had on his credit card with me, for my coaching services. And we started working together and he started do, I mean, he’s incredible. He got in there and started going and blowing. We worked on the kind of funnel that he needed to have, what it needed to look like, what the price points needed to be. We worked on the copy. We worked on all the different things together. And let me tell you, he made a million, well, I hell it

Tim comic club award and he made, he became a Rainmaker and and he’s still going and willing to say he get multiple, multiple, multiple to comic club awards now. And it was just from an idea, he believed he had a wallet that he wanted to be able to sell. And the difference was a funnel. Yeah. Literally the difference was a funnel. He’d try to Shopify he’d turn out. These other routes, got a funnel, got the right offer in place, got the right funnel in place and banned two comic club awards coming out ears.

Speaker 4:

So cool. You are a Rainmaker funnel builder. So cool. So for anybody who’s listening this and like, again, we’re all reading chat right now. You like so nervous and so scared. Like what would you tell? Someone’s like, ah, do I do this? Do I not, this is a big deal. Especially like, you know, the news is telling me the economy’s all bad and there’s all these things happening. Like all the fear, like what would you tell someone who like in the same spot you were at, you know, six, seven years ago when you had to make that same decision?

Speaker 8:

Yeah. I, I think RO you know, you know, and I knew that I knew that I knew that I could do this. And there was a lot of belief that had to take place and to knowing, to trust and believe myself and know that I would do the hard work. Cuz one thing Russell said, he’s not guaranteeing any success here. It’s hard work. You guys. I was, I was homeschooling and I was doing all this stuff. And let me tell you, there were late nights, there were confusing things. There were things that I failed at where I really sucked at first, but I got better and I got better and I got better. And if you know that that’s who you are and if you know that you’re gonna show up and you’re going to make it happen and you’re not gonna let anything stop you then you know, all that fear, it’s probably just because you’re right on the other side of a really life changing decision.

Speaker 8:

You know, everybody has their own things. You have to consider whenever you’ve got a good decision like this for, but I just wanna say Natalie there’s lady and Natalie and her comments. And she said, when I’m brainstorming ideas on how to make this happen, it is possible cool. That’s the kind of mindset that you need to have. And then Dominic, he said 10 K for a career that could easily make you a hundred thousand dollars a year. So as a no brainer, and that’s just quoting Dominic, but, and then Cory said, this is, this is the time to say, how can I afford this? And I feel like it’s that growth mindset? It’s that? When, like I said, when you know that, you know, and you are gonna have the belief to step in and do it and you have to just do it afraid. Right? And so I think, I think that would be the biggest thing. Cause I have to tell you what, once I bought into the program, I didn’t stop being afraid. <Laugh>

I had to keep showing up every day and go after it, even though I was afraid that I was gonna fail. And I don’t, I mean, I’m in group three. I don’t know if you got any group three in here, you know, failure’s not fun for me at all. Like it makes you want to run away and scream. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> but what if you put this kind of money on the line and you’re ready to change your life and you have the will and you, and you know you just have to do it afraid.

You got high ticket stuff in low and like you’re doing the whole game, but that’s not where you got started. I think that a lot of times we, we confuse like the, the finish line with the beginning. And I’d love for you to share the story the beginning because yeah, you use this skillset to leverage everything from like plane tickets to, to, to, to like everything. And I like my

It’s still the same thing. Like all I was telling in the chat, like my stuff is all funnels. Like we just ask, how can I ride a swimming pool? That very same thing. Not, not even the certification, you couldn’t afford click funnels, like the, the dollar trial to the nice of dollar month.

Yeah, there was nothing. We were so broke. I was living on student loans, negative cash flow in college and there’s this thing called a two week trial. And I was like, Ooh, if I asked rich people questions and I was like huge Robert Key sake, nut, you know, and he said, how can I afford it? So I was like, okay, I can’t get clickfuns or I felt like that. And so I was like, how could I afford that? And that two week trial right there, we decided that the week before I would funnel, hack, like crazy and follow your process to the team. And then after that, a little closer to the mic, sorry, <laugh> a little closer to the mic. There we go. Thanks. and so I, during week zero, if you will, we went, we planned the entire funnel and put it out there.

And then I pressed go on that two week trial and week number one, we built the funnel and week number two, we focused on sales. So that week number three was paid for by the customer and it worked. And that’s how I got it, but it, it taught me, oh my gosh, like, look at the power of that. And so with the certification program when that came up, I was like, same kind of thing. I’m seeing on some of you guys in the chat. You’re like, Ooh, I’m nervous who I’m scared, who I can’t do this. Like lean into that. There’s so many cool things. Like even it’s not cash. Like I use it to barter. Like I wanna get to know like Tony Robb’s like, I’m gonna trade funnels for like yeah. Access to cool people. But like people understand, like the skill’s not just cash. There’s so many things you can, you, it opens up so many doors. It

Opens up so many doors. Like my truck click funnels house. We said, we want that house. Ooh, can’t afford that yet down. Payment’s big. What can I do? We literally threw a funnel out the door. Guess what? We rode our own house. Does that make sense? Like the whole everything, the whole way through has been. And when I’m like, Ooh, we gotta get closer to that person or this person we’ll just figure out what type of funnel to do for ’em and just kind open the door and get their noise out there that way. But do you guys understand, like the skillset that you’re learning here with this is a widely needed skillset and the entire marketplace? A lesson. I, my dad actually taught me. He was like, Hey, if you wanna be, you know, a little bit recession proof, you wanna be on the right side of business at all times. Here’s some advice. And I was like, Ooh, all here’s. And he said, try to find ways to be on the revenue generating side of a company at all times, if stuff goes bad. Who do you think they look at to cut first? Not the revenue generators. Right. And what you’re learning here is a revenue generating skill set that brings leads and or sales in at all time. And there’s not a company in the world that doesn’t need that. And I think I’m on product 57 now. <Laugh> <laugh>

So like, I keep telling I keep telling people like like understand like this vulnerability skill. Cause some people like they want to launch their own course, their own product, their own thing. Right. But it’s hard cuz like the first time you’re going through it, like you have to learn like launch product. You get have to learn how to create a product, how to like source it. How do you traffic? How like there’s so many different variables. And so you try to do that plus learning vulnerable building plus copy it. And it’s like, it’s so many things. Whereas if you focus on funnel building first, you have a chance to learn the most important piece of the puzzle and just that, right? Like you go work the cl with with someone who already has traffic, they already have a product. They already have customer support. You’re coming in and just doing the one skill. It’s one piece you do that. They do all the rest and you blow up the company and then like you get better and better that. And eventually, like you said, it’s like your backdoor into the digital economy. Now it’s like, now I’ve got a skill set. Now I’m gonna plug in my own product. Now I can do my own thing. And now I said, you’ve done 50 something product sense then, because you got the skill set. So

Well, well what’s interesting too is like, that’s actually how I got my first funnel building clients like for this was, I was like, all right, I don’t have my own product yet. Right. At that time I was like, I, my product, I gotta learn traffic. Ooh, I gotta all this stuff. That’s really kind of scary. And I was like the shortest distance of success. Funny enough is by learning with another company. So I just started, I, I made a list of all my dream customer criteria and I was like, this is who I’m gonna go try and go after. And I just started emailing him and saying, Hey, I know you don’t know what a funnel is, but I’ll build the one. If it works, can I get paid? If not, it’s on my dime. And they’re like, sure. <Laugh> and that’s actually how I got the first

Literal pay sales. Cause all the time I’m gonna build you a funnel. If it S $0, pay me zero. But if it makes money, I just want half of it or, you know, whatever it is. Yeah.

Well that, that’s actually how I started getting to your events was like, that was the pitch. And when it started working, I was like, Hey, how about I maybe be getting paid? You know what, just buy me a ticket to that guy’s event. Like serious. I was like, yeah, yeah, give me the hotel nights serious. Yeah. Yeah. And I just, the whole way need a new computer. Really? Yeah. And I just have been bartering the whole way with this whole thing. So it’s a powerful skill set. Yeah. Lean into it if it sucks. So, so awesome. Let’s

Just do it. Okay. So last question for you, Steven. Yeah. And the next guest someone’s sitting there on the fence and you just flew their house and you’re talking to ’em like, what would you say? Like to push them over there, just to understand like, this is something they need to be doing in their

Life. You’re gonna learn a business function that makes you pretty much lethal in the entire business world, but give time and space for the fact that you’re gonna get frustrated. Of course there’s gonna be work. You’re gonna have to sell yourself. You’re gonna have to learn how to build the funnel piece you’re gonna have to. And that’s okay. That’s just part of the whole thing. But I would tell people that realize that what you’re about to go through would be so life transforming. How could you expect to not try to get good? Right? And the marketplace is gonna pay you a lot of money. <Laugh> I try not to say dollar amounts, right? Marketplace’s gonna try and tell you are you really worth that amount? Which means you’re gonna have to get good. And this is the shortest distance of success ever though I’ve seen is, is this program.

Cause it teaches you, Hey, this, now this here’s how to think. Here’s how to get clients. You gotta sell yourself. Here’s and it it stacks on one piece though. So he’s already given you the guarantee he’s already given you those. So just take him up on it. That’s what I originally did as well. And I was like, okay, if he says there’s a money back thing, money back thing. I’m here you go. And I went and did it and we just, we just plowed forward. So you got nothing to lose, so awesome. You. Oh they, we wanna get people in there, which is awesome. So those are no, Jeff. Jeff is Jeff is nickname for a long time. The funnel doc. And also this is one of the coolest things. So we launched click funnels and I remember one day, like we’re doing all of our thing also one day someone posts like they got a tattoo of click funnels on there. Jeff tattoo click funnels to his arm, which is crazy. So he’s got funnel, he’s got he’s got funnel, hacker tattoo. This is not fake. It’s been there for how many, four or five years. That’s amazing. And you see behind you see all two comic club awards. So I wanna, I want you to tell people, cuz you kind of went through similar experience. Like you came in, you started learning this stuff. You got really good at marketing and sales understanding this, but then the way you had your first initial success was building funnels for other people. We wanna talk about what happened and kind of the, the process. And again, for everyone, like we tried not to in, in income claims. So he’s not talking about money or anything, but just understand like he’s having insane amounts of success doing this. The love you kind of tell that story.

Speaker 11:

Yeah. A lot of people don’t know. One of the things that we did is I was originally making fun for other businesses. I would literally go around and, and create funnels. I’d go in a business with a template funnel already made like, and I’d just go outside and I literally would change the name of the business and go in the next business. And then if that one didn’t work, then I’d go into the next business and I’d just change it out for whatever it is for their certain whatever type of business was whether doctor or dentist or whatever. And that’s why I think people need to understand it. Like you can figure out how to make this happen. You just have to be willing to put in the effort.

Speaker 4:

That’s so cool. You just imagine that like you pre-built the funnel and then like jump in your car and drive from store, like come to company, like edit it real quick and then drive in like, Hey, I got a funnel for you. Do you wanna pay me for <laugh>? I can make even better.

Speaker 11:

We did to get started when we first had our agency. And literally when we on launch our agency, the first 30 days we were able to get this program twice. Let’s just say that literally all I would do is I’d go on a laptop. I’d go into the, I’d go into the funnel. I’d change out the headline. I’d change out a couple images. So it matched whatever the business was with a dentist doctor or whatever it is. And I’d walk in and explain it to ’em and then I’d say, Hey, look, if you’re willing to put in like half of whatever, I decided to charge ’em they’re only charging like two grand or two. I don’t what say we were turning a small amount back in. But you know, with this program, I only need five people to be able to get in the program.

Speaker 4:

Yeah. It’s so cool. Now. it’s interesting. Cause I remember when I first started seeing you, like you were like, we have a, most of you guys who were on there, probably know we have a click funnels community and the click funnels community’s got, you know, now it’s like 250,000 people in there and you were in there and it was interesting. Cause there was always people in there like trying to sell server, sitting and trying to be all slick. And we have to ban ’em all the time and you were in there and you just started serving and giving and helping and sharing. And like you were just like one of the most useful people in the group. And pretty soon everyone’s like, man, this Jeff Guy is really helpful, man. He’s really useful. He’s giving me all these ideas and then like people started just flooding to you. I don’t think I ever saw you even pitching or anything. You just like serving and helping. And then people started coming to you. Is that correct?

Speaker 11:

Yeah, that wasn’t the amazing thing is I figured out the best way to serve the community and learn the most about funnels and everything was to just dip as much value as I could. And then one day this guy, Kevin, David wind up putting in the group that he needed help with his funnels. And because I’ve been providing so much value, everyone just started dragging me, check, check. He’s the guy, he’s the guy, he’s the guy. So I met with this guy and long story short that led to this first award, which we did in 57 days, which at the time was the fastest. Anyone won a click funnels award at that time.

Speaker 4:

So cool. So cool man. Well, it’s been fun watching your success and obviously you’ve done it with building funnels for other people you did in your own funnels. Like again, after you have the skill set, there’s so many ways that, that you can use it. I’m curious for you like anyone who’s listening to right now, who’s sitting on the fence like, should I do this? Should I not? Like, what would you tell ’em to kind of push them over the edge?

Speaker 11:

You know, it’s scary. Okay. When you make an investment in ABI yourself like this, it’s definitely scary, but that is you telling yourself, you have to go all in. You don’t necessarily need to get too <laugh>. So maybe this commitment is the first step to being able to change your life and have a business that can affect others. That is the greatest thing that I’ve got from this is not the money I’ve made, but the people I’ve been able to impact and change their lives and have businesses that have grown. And I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s literally a dream to come true, to been able to develop this skill. And every time I see Russell, I think of so much for this change my life and teaching me all the wonderful skills that he has because this literally is a skill that you can have forever.

Speaker 11:

I mean this literal, it is think about the Internet’s not going away. People, the Internet’s not going anywhere. <Laugh> so you, you can learn to market and adapt to change and be able to grow no matter what happens. And that is the key with this. You have to be able to willing to go all in, take that risk, you know, jump off that ledge because if you always just dip your toe in just a little bit, you’re never gonna succeed. You gotta go all in. And that’s one of the things is make a commitment. Take that first step. Maybe you just do one of the first payments just to see what it’s like to try it out. But if you don’t even take that first step to try it out, you’re never gonna know if you can be successful and you’re gonna be stuck where you are. That’s the thing that will not change. If you don’t change anything about your life, nothing in your life will change.

And I was like, oh, it’d be so cool if she’d be willing to, to share. And so first off, thank you so much for for jumping on and sharing your story with everyone. How are you feeling today?

Good. Hi Russ. Well, thanks for having me. So appreciate you being here.

Speaker 4:

Yeah. So glad. So I would love for you. Again, I know your story, but ID love for you to kind of tell people your story in this whole funnel building journey kinda where you came from and how you got into it and like what you’re doing right now. I’d love to hear it.

Speaker 8:

Yeah. okay. So I spent 18 years in corporate America <laugh> as an experience designer. And so I was highly educated and highly, I had all this experience in the corporate world and I had gone from research development and all the way up to a VP level. And I just, I was tired of the corporate and the rules and the all that navigating. And so I was like, I’m gonna go be an entrepreneur. I know, I knew what I was doing <laugh> so I came away and I, you know, the most one most people do when they’re in my type of role is they become a consultant mm-hmm <affirmative>. So I was like, sure, I’m gonna go start my consultants agency. So for two years I tried to become a consultant and go into the agencies are the companies I was working in before, but it was just going back to the same.

Speaker 8:

I was back in corporate again. And even though I was, had my own business, not really I kept wait back inappropriate. And so I was like, oh my gosh, how am I gonna do this? And so I, at that time my severance was completely gone <laugh> and so I was like, but I was so determined. I was like, I am gonna make something of my own, I don’t know what it is, but it has to be of my own making. So I was driving Lyft during the day and I was making dehi same sandwiches at night. And the only thing I could do during that time was to listen. And so I was just consuming, like, how did people do this? I dunno. And so I was listening and I was actually in another firm and your voice came across. They remember it. So distinctly, cause I was making a hand and breed deja sandwich.

I’m like, you know, judged on performance, like how fast I can make sandwiches, but you came across and I think it was the beginning of right before you launched phonology mm-hmm <affirmative>. And so you were talking about this and I’m like, who is this guy? Like, what is he talking about? This is amazing. And so from that point forward, every single night, I would just consume like everything you had <laugh> so traffic secrets and food secrets dot com secrets, like everything. And I was like, okay, I think this is the way. And so I joined one funnel away challenge in November of 2019 mm-hmm <affirmative> by January, I was like, I have to get the funnel hiking live. So I used all of my corporate points that I had accumulated within the past year for rental and hotel and flight. And they had like $10 a day to like on food and on kind of a coffee feed.

Speaker 8:

So I had to get my coffee <laugh> so I went to funnel, hiking live and I’m sitting in the back and just consuming consum consuming. I’m like, yes, this is it. And then you opened the door for two CCX mm-hmm <affirmative> and you said, we couldn’t pay, we didn’t have to pay for 30 days or something crazy like that. I was like, I have no idea how this is gonna do this, but this is it. And just like took the leap of faith and went in. And I was also cuz I was on $10 day. I was also hungry and you were promising a lunch and

But, but the coolest part is that when I went down in that very first lunch, I had even remember the people who were at my table were a Testament to the click funnels community that I was about to come into. They were so welcoming, so warm. They were trying to do these crazy things that a single person should never think that they should be able to do. And I was like, oh my gosh, this is amazing. So I went back home, I found another community within the click funnels community that helped me connect my design background with your funnel strategy and click funnels. And I got my first client and it was a membership bill. So, and every single client has since actually been a membership build plus funnels. Very cool. And so I, I just started building and some of them, I was like, Stephanie, I just built for free, like put it into the ClickFunnels official group and I’m like, I’ll do anything <laugh> so and so I started building and of course I sucked just like

Kind of a Testament to what you’re saying in terms of when you land and you make this decision, is that I think I ended up calling your support team about three times a day. Every day

But they helped me and no matter what, it was, no matter how many times I called it at the same thing, they were all in and like anything I could do to be successful. And so fast forward now I have an agency, I have four people on my team that I get to work with who are around the world and we get to just build amazing things for our customers. We specialize in membership builds and funnels mm-hmm <affirmative> and I have four people that are in contact with, on a regular basis. And so cool. I just was able to invest in this program. So it’s just, it’s afforded me an amazing thing, but I think even more important and then I’ll, and then I’ll step off. And that is I for the first time in my entire life have built a system that I’m proud of, of the community that I’m proud to be a part of and it’s of my own making. And I get to work with people that are my people. So click funnels helped me find my people. And so I’m just forever grateful and

<Inaudible> ah, so cool. Thank you so much for sharing that. And I hope people understand cuz like there’s again, you didn’t have to go master 20 funnel types. It’s like, you got really good at memberships, which is, there’s so much need for that. You became amazing at it. You like bugged our support until like you perfect it now you mastered it. And now like now you know it, you know, it, you just can do it over and over and over again. Right. And then networking on the side of the communities, get to know people and like all the different pieces that that are part of this. So, ah, so awesome. I would say it, yes, it is trusting your gut. Like others have said and taking that leap of faith. Some of you guys know I had them speak at funnel hockey the first time, two years ago to kind of present this principle in this concept of funnel hub that no one ever seen me before, they, there was something that that, that it was a concept kinda like a website, but it was a different way to do website that was completely different and they pitched me on it. I signed up and, and and went for it. And then they went and they started building for a whole bunch of other people as well after that. And and it was awesome. So they told me we’re gonna go to another person that will come back to Mike and AJ, hopefully we’ll get the audio stuff figured out.

Okay. So Mike and AJ, we’ll be back in a second. We’re gonna pull the next panel. Somebody you guys we’re figured out whatever’s happening. And we’re gonna have Dave AR Sarno come up next and while they’re pulling Dave up. So I wanted Dave to come because Dave’s got an interesting story. He came through the very first funnel builder certification program we ever did way back in the day. And some people just, just, you know, they have, they’ll have a small team to do a couple funnel builds and they do that. So they launched Don thing. But Dave went all in. He’s built a, like an amazing agency. They do big high end clients. They do like anyway, like every time someone comes in, like I’m looking for someone to build like really high, expensive, like big, huge funnel builds and stuff like that. And business girl things Dave’s who always send him to. And so I’m excited to have Davey though, cuz he was here at the very beginning. The very first time we ever did something like this. You doing so good. Thank you so much for jumping out, jumping on here. I’d love for you to tell people cuz your, your story, cuz you had an agency ahead of time and the very first funnel rock ever. We, we first introduced the, the original certification program. You jumped all in. I’m curious why you did it. And then what kind of happened because of that?

Speaker 14:

Well, well first of all, thank you for having me here. It it’s truly an honor. And, and for people who are brand new and I was watching the chapel, you cannot go wrong. And, and I can tell you this because I joined Russell’s category, King’s inner circle and it’s not inexpensive investment. And I, my wife said anything you’d done with Russell click funnels had paid for itself more than 10 times over. So everyone, if, if you’re thinking about it, find a way. And so I was, I was at the first funnel hacking live and I wasn’t even a customer. In fact, I think I was one of the only people in the room that didn’t even know what the heck click funnels was.

Speaker 14:

<Laugh> except I had a client of mine say they wanted to use it. And so I started doing some research and I found out about, you know, funnel hacking lot. So I actually got my client to pay for a ticket for me to go there, to learn about it so I could use it for them. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> now you made an offer for certification. And I said, you know what? If I, I loved, I loved everything that you said. And I wanted to, I, anything that I do, I need to know everything about it. I need to know how to do it the best I possibly can. So that way I can serve the people that I need to serve at the highest level possible. So that’s why I signed up. Now. One of the things that is, I gotta put it on a credit card. I, anything that I invest in, I say, how can I make it pay for itself in the next 30 days? So I went out and sold a client. I mean, plain and simple. So if any of you want to put it on a credit card, it gives you automatically 30 to 45 day grace period, go sell a client, make it pay for itself. I mean the, the, and by the way, I’m gonna let you know the answer. You ask everyone. I already bought it again and I don’t even need to buy it again.

Speaker 4:

<Laugh> that’s so cool. <Laugh> that’s so cool. So when you, when you bought it, I’d love to know cuz again, funnels, weren’t a thing you had in your agency cause you had an existing agency. And then after that you were able to start adding this in like how did that affect your anyone? Who’s got an agency who’s listening. It’s like, should I do this? Like, I’d love to know how that affected your agency moving forward after that.

Speaker 14:

Well, it, it changed everything. I mean, you know, you know, today that we’re significantly larger than we were before. I mean, I’ve got a team of over 30 people and I’ve got five full-time funnel builders on my team that this is what we do for clients. So joining, joining your program, coming part of your world, changed my business. And in, in turn, it really changed my life. More than I could ever imagine and express gratitude because I started thinking everything in funnels and I started communicating with clients and funnels. And once I started getting ingrained in this world, the right people started coming to us and yes, I didn’t charge a lot of money. We do charge a lot. And I see that, no one’s saying what the numbers are, but it, it has a lot of zeros on it and our average client lifetime value.

And so to me, it’s a no brainer to do this because I mean, whether it’s getting someone in the beginning, getting someone off the ground and helping them get their dreams, helping them realize their dreams you get to be part of it by becoming part of click funnels. And if you choose to get certified, you have an opportunity to change people’s lives. And when they look back and it’s not just click funnels that they’re gonna remember, they’re gonna remember you, is the catalyst in the part that helped shape and help them realize their dreams.

Speaker 4:

Yeah. So cool, man, I spend so much time watching you and I think what’s interesting that you do. I love people understand this as well is someone will come in, you build a funnel for them, but then that person’s your client. You don’t just like build a funnel line, put ’em on their way. Like you get deep in their business, you help ’em from like hiring and from this and from that. And like, and so you help take these companies and really, really grow ’em into these huge organizations. And what’s cool about is that because you serve them at the funnel first, then they trust you with these other things and you sell other services and other products and like, and so you’re able to grow where a funnel building. Client’s not just worth, you know, this much money ends up being worth this much over time because how deep and how well you serve these people. And I’ve seen you do it over and over and over again. But I’d love people to understand that psychology in your mind are just like the funnels literally is like the front end of you bringing someone in serve ’em and then there’s so much more you can do after that. What are some other services you offer people just to understand like what’s possible after you’ve served someone once? Like what else they’re looking for

Speaker 14:

Sure. Absolutely. Yeah. We, we help our clients with everything, whether it’s, I mean, we we’ve got millions of dollars a month in pay track. So we, we do everything from the, the lead generation to the conversion to writing their sales scripts, obviously, you know, but I have a background and my team has background in sales. We were Tony and Che’s top closing speakers. So we do everything from the scripting, helping them and then out of this and, and frankly being part of this community, we started looking through the problem articulation framework and say, when we solve a problem, it’s the next problem that we create. And well, once a client goes to a certain level, we don’t want them to have to rely on us forever. And I know some of them want to, and I had clients now for over a decade and those who don’t, we will then we created nitrogen hiring network.

Speaker 14:

So we’ll hire their superstar team. And then for those who want their team train, we have the infinite scaling system, which we will then help train their team on the frameworks that we utilize within our company. So they can have their own internal superstar, marketing team to help them scale and grow. So the idea is, yeah, some people sometimes come in the front end for a funnel, but the clients who, who we tend to work with are ones who really looking to build scale and grow and then maybe even exit down the road and us helping be part of that plan to help them do that.

Yeah. So hopefully I, first of all, thank you for sharing that, but I want you guys all thinking through that, like the funnel is just one thing and there’s other products and services and like you grow with the client and and your revenue grows and, and like their success grows and it just becomes this amazing fun process. Yeah. Excited to be here. Oh, I haven’t seen you for years, like in person. So it was fun to guy reconnect and, and talk. And I love all the funnel drawings on the background of like, I feel like you’re in my office. This is so great. <Laugh> yeah. Well, will you tell people, tell your story about this whole thing, how you came into this world of funnel building and what you’ve been doing with it, just people to understand kind of the progression for you as well.

Speaker 15:

Well, I won’t go back too far but I was a high school science teacher for 12 years <laugh> and a tennis coach. And then in 2011, I decided I could not do that anymore. I had two young sons and you know, teachers don’t make a lot of money and <laugh>, you know, it takes a lot of time and energy. So I really just kind of ventured out on my own back then and found ClickFunnels through a client that I was working with just doing some social media management. Okay. So remember I was a science teacher, all this tech stuff. I whoops. Self taught. Okay. So I just kind of had to jump in and figure stuff out. Cuz when I left my career I had no plan. I just knew it wasn’t gonna be that anymore. So back in about 2014, ClickFunnels I think was beta mm-hmm <affirmative> and very beginning. And I started using it thanks to Garrett white and a couple of other people. So I hadn’t come across you yet. Russell, I just was using the software. I had no idea who you were <laugh> and then you started following me around the internet

Your book and then I got the book and then you held your first funnel hacking live in Las Vegas. Yeah. In 2015. So I took the leap, I bought a ticket to Vegas. I’d never been there before. I’d never been to any kind of conference before, you know, being an education. We’re just kind of in our own little bubble mm-hmm <affirmative> so I just said, I just said yes. And I went, you offered certification there for the very first time. And I was very reluctant at the time. It was a big investment for me coming out of education world, just trying to make things work before Russell and fall hacking live and certification. I was charging three figures for anything that I would do <laugh>

Speaker 15:

It was not much but you know, I had to do what I could do and with the skills that I had. So coming into certification, it was a big sacrifice, not only financially, but even with time. I remember that my biggest hurdle aside from the investment at the time was I was gonna miss my son’s first day of middle school. And but you know, I went ahead and went for it and I am so grateful that I did so fast forward seven years. And we’re here now. My business has transformed my life, my kids’ lives and the lives of thousands of others that I’ve been able to help along the way.

Speaker 4:

So. Cool. I’m curious, like what was the first like it got, you went through the program and you’re like, okay, I do a fun about like the first, like how’d you find your first client? What was the first process? Like? I know that’s like the scary thing for people’s like, Hey, I do the training, but then ah, that next step is the scary one. Do you remember that?

Speaker 15:

I don’t exactly remember how the clients started coming in, but I do know that my roster was full really fast. I think 12 was my limit and that was, I can’t even imagine working with 12 clients now <laugh> but it was full very fast. And another thing that changed was well, there’s a lot of things, but I had so much confidence with the support from ClickFunnels, from you Russell, from the other people that were in the certification program. In fact, many of the people, even Dave that was on right before me, we are such close friends even today. They have become more than just, you know, people that I went through a program with. We communicate with each other often we kind of have our own huddle. We didn’t call it that, but now that’s exactly what it is. We brainstorm together. It’s become, I don’t wanna use the word family cause I feel like that’s a little cliche with what it is, but we have become such a close knit group and have stayed active together, building businesses and you know, fostering friendships, watching our families grow up and it’s been, it’s just been so wonderful.

So cool. It’s interesting because when you guys started seven years ago, it was, it was like funnels. Weren’t like a big thing back then. It was like, you know, this awkward thing that I might try funnels were amazing and like try to make noise nowadays seven years later, it’s just, it’s become so big. But even back then when it was small and you were one of the very beginning, the very first people, you had 12 clients like that fast. And I want people to understand cuz like I’m talking about biggest opportunity, how crazy and how much stuff is like, like what’s your, like how hard would be to get, if you needed 12 clients tomorrow? Like how hard would be to like open up the gates and like, oh there’s 12 people that are ready. Like there’s, you know, huge,

Speaker 15:

There are people everywhere on almost every social media channel that need help and they’re out there actively asking for it and looking around. So not only just in networking yourself and being active and doing some basic things online to promote yourself now being a part of certification, you’re gonna be on that marketplace, which is a massive, massive opportunity because when people come to ClickFunnels now to ask for help while they may still post in the main Facebook group they now have a more trusted place to go to find someone that actually has the skillset and the experience to get them where they want to go. And so being on the marketplace is a huge benefit whenever it comes to you know, finding your clients or your clients finding you, which is even better. Yeah. So it’s more of an inbound kind of process instead of you having to do outreach all of the time. So that to me is that’s super, super huge. Especially if you’re more of an introvert, like I’m pretty introverted mm-hmm, <affirmative> kind of, kind of like you Russell, like I can put it out there.

I’m introverted. And so for me to do any kind of outreach or I was so uncomfortable with that. So having the ability to people to come to me as the expert, as a recognized expert, that was super helpful for me and propelling my business forward.

Yeah. So cool. All right. Last thing. Any other que, any other things people are sitting on the fence thinking about? What would you tell ’em if they were like grabbing them? Like, ah, what would you tell them?

Speaker 15:

So I’ll tell you exactly what the person next to me, a funnel hacking live and Las Vegas in 2015 said to me, whenever I was on that fence and I just could not take that leak by myself. She grabbed me by my shoulders and she said, just do it, just do it, just do it. <Laugh> so there I did it

So good to see ya. So tell us, tell everybody your story with this because I know you’ve done everything in the past, but what was the that helped you like get in this world and start building funnels for other people?

Speaker 11:

Yes, sir. So I have learned, always do what Russell says. So I’m gonna break this down to a hook, a story, and then the offer. So here we go. Here’s the hook, how I went from eating dog food and massaging people’s Harry, Harry BS, and butts to making end port two, make ends meet to building out funnels for hiphop celebrities. Okay. I messed have a whole

Speaker 4:

Bit. That was still pretty good though. I was <laugh>

Speaker 11:

All right. So this is a little bit from my story of when I nailed my first two comma club. And I wanna read a little bit about the, for the this two, you guys, so you guys get the timeline. So I literally was so broken at one point in my life that I had to eat dog food to get by five years ago, I had to move back in with my parents at age 30, where I took a job as a massage therapist and listened to Russell Bronson on audio while massaging Gary backs and butts. You know, sometimes you’ve gotta do it three years ago. <Laugh> I was over $500,000 in debt and I’m not talking about a mortgage two years ago. I was sued by four different creditors that came and served me papers at my door. Like not like time to pay us buddy while I was living in a basement unit for $400 a month, watching someone’s cats for reduced rent, financial stress destroyed multiple relationships in my life.

Speaker 11:

I used to work 16 and 18 hour days trying to make a difference as a marketer for a nonprofit, but always felt like I was coming up short and burned out. And I vowed to never do that to myself again. And, but being in that much debt and in that situation was kind a blessing, cuz guess what? I found Russell, I started doing what he said and it’s great because you don’t need any money. I was in so much debt that I had to make funnels work. And so <laugh>, so now I’m dating the girl of my dreams. I had the apartment of my dreams. I paid off my SUV, which had a toxic interest rate cuz I had horrible credit and I actually did that at funnel hacking live. I actually had the picture here with me paying off my stupid

And, and and now we, so I did my first two comic club in December and just our second one just a month ago after being a part of the two comic club program. And now I’m so excited this two weeks ago, I literally built a funnel for Fatman scoop, who was a hip hop celebrity, one of the most famous voices in hip hop. I actually got to work with him and, and build out a funnel for him. So you just, you never know what will happen when you make that leap of faith.

Speaker 4:

That is so cool. And basically

Speaker 11:

For me, it started with in 2018, I, I was kind of build my own funnels doing okay with that, but failed a couple times cuz I didn’t do what Russell said. And then I did what Russell said, met up with a DJ influencer and built, started building out funnels for him in February of 2019. I still remember it. I recorded the whole experience, me crying. We made TW we made a lot of de <laugh> and I knew I was onto something mm-hmm <affirmative> and our we specialize or I specialize in membership funnels mm-hmm <affirmative> and we started Chan, we started getting more members, more members, more members doing what Russell says doing what Russell says 500 members, seven 50, a thousand members in our DJ community, our membership. And that’s when March 20, 20 happened worst year ever four events. I thought my life was over, but guess what, what saved me a funnel baby

We ended up launching our second funnel which was a new software business and membership or DJs. And that that changed my entire life. And I got smart on the second business. The second funnel, I called up my, my, my client and I said, Hey, I want 25% equity in this one. <Laugh> yes. Said yes. And so now we are at a we have this amazing membership community. People are literally tattooing our logo on their arms with have 3,500 members in our membership slash software kind of hybrid community. And

Yeah. Sorry. I know, I know. I just blabbered a lot. I hope

Speaker 4:

That oh no. Like that was so I want to recap for him, like he went and built funnels for himself and then built for someone else who already had a product business. And then the second time was like, I’m gonna do it again, but there’s wide equity because I got the skillset. I know how to do it and then gave it to you. Like that’s, what’s so crazy. You guys, you understand like when you match the skillset, like it’s, you can use it in so many different ways and it’s, it’s just amazing. But you gotta go in and like all in and master one,

Speaker 11:

All it there’s so many influencers out there in the world, all it takes is one really good connection with your funnel, building skills and one connection with an influencer. It will change your whole life, your whole life forever to serve that person, whoever that is in your, in your niche. And it will change your whole life.

Speaker 4:

So cool. All right, man, for anyone who’s sitting on the fence, what would you tell them right now to push ’em over the edge?

All that is all that, that, that noise in the back of your head is, is just resistance. There’s a great book called the war of art by Steven Presfield. You should read that right away, but all that is is resistance. And it’s resistance from keeping you from what you want to get. Just take the credit card out. Let’s go do what Russell says. This is a concept they, they kind of invented and got, it was such a cool thing. We built. It is like the foundation click funnel is 2.0, and what that means is moving forward. There’s gonna be this insane amount of demand for funnel hubs, because it’s the, the newest thing. It’s, it’s like the new opportunity behind they different the websites. And it’s amazing. And then we’re not gonna go into two point funnel hubs are, but I’d love for you guys to talk about just you invented this thing, but this is like this new thing that you’re, you guys have an agency you’re selling it and we’d love to hear just more about how this new funnel type, like what’s possible with it.

Speaker 14:

Yeah. So I mean, you, at one point declared the death of a website to, to fall backing live. And when I turned to AJ, I was like, what the heck we build website this? And while I was maybe a little upset about it at the time, it led us into a, an understanding of like, where does the website actually fit within respect to funnels? You know, we joined your inner circle. Like it feels like the Donna time, like long time ago. <Laugh> and I remember sitting inside of the, our very first meeting and just looking around and wondering kind of who are the other people in this room? And like, what did their funnels look like and what do they do? And that led us on a, on a discovery to figure out that, that there’s a lot of thi while the funnel is the number one place for a to turn a lead into a customer. Ultimately, that doesn’t mean that a, website’s not a part of that journey. And so that’s where funnel hub came out and that’s how we’ve developed this new funnel type where we’ve gone on to sell so many different funnel hubs to to different people in the, in the funnel space. But we’ve also taken that into the local market and local businesses are going crazy for this stuff too.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, it’s so cool. So this is something I was mentioned earlier. So a lot of people don’t know, actually nobody knows, cause this is like unadvertised bonus, but you guys flew out two or three months ago. Yeah. And we record a whole bunch of stuff cuz again, funnel hubs are like this new opportunity. They’re so big. How many people on the planet think today actually have a funnel hub

Have them? I mean, I can probably, we could probably count them in all our hand. There’s

Not. And then how many businesses are there in the world that need a funnel hub?

Yeah. It’s insanely, anybody’s got a website or doesn’t have website or like a funnel hub is an opportunity for all of ’em, which is insane. So this opportunity is huge. And so one of the things you guys get immediately, this is a whole program that we’re gonna be selling separately here in the near future. But I wanted everyone to have that as well. So like when you guys get into the certified the funnel bill certified members area, the funnel hub launch, pad’s all in there. And you wanna talk about some of the things that are included. So people know like what they like to be able to take this opportunity to funnel hubs, like all the has included inside that training. Cuz it’s, it’s special just to this funnel type that they’re getting. They don’t get any other funnel type besides the funnel hub, because it’s such a big opportunity.

Speaker 14:

Yeah. I mean, what we did is we basically figured out from a to Z, how to help someone create a funnel hub. Cause obviously you to know how to do the funnel type, but then there’s a whole sales process that we train on to teach people how to go, go through that. Yeah. And you know, the thing is that like the way I look at this opportunity is right now, like imagine if you could go back to like, you know, 20, 15, 20 14 and take the knowledge you have right now about funnels and transport about back then, like what would you have done back then? Like what kind of business opportunities would you have jumped into, but maybe you’ve seen other people jump into, well, that same opportunity exists right now with funnel of that. This is, this is something that, you know, we’re gonna fast forward five, 10 years and everyone’s be like, yeah, I should, I should have listened.

Speaker 14:

I should have done something like, and that may sound crazy. But like that is absolutely the opportunity that’s here. Because we’ve seen it on our own agency. We’ve seen it in the students that we’ve talked to go out there and sell these funnel hubs to two other funnel driven businesses and those kind of things. Yeah. And a lot of people think, well, you guys know all these funnel guys, you, you know, you’re their friends. That’s why you got to build these. But our agency’s been build these, these locally for a lot of small businesses here in Tucson. Right. And so we’ve proven that this is not just something that’s for the vulner community, it’s for every small business. And so that makes it a huge, huge market. That’s just totally unpack wait. Right. You know, in our agency, we’ve had, you know, there’s some, some of a learning curve to teach a local business about funnels. But what I love about this is you can build a funnel hub for local business and you’re kind of giving them funnels along with it. And suddenly one day they’re like, Hey what is this thing is generating leads and sales for me, we’re glad you asked about all the funnel and now you start selling, you can start selling funnels to local businesses, which maybe previously were confused by it or didn’t understand why it’s like, it’s like a sneak attack kind of strategy, which I really love.

Speaker 4:

Right. Yeah. And another thing that’s interesting when someone, after someone has a funnel hub, the next thing they need is they need funnels to put in the funnel hub. And so it’s like, it’s such a good like foot in the door. Like, Hey, we built this thing. And a lot of people, they look like a website, which people want a website. It’s like, oh I have a website now. You’re like, yeah, but it’s a funnel hub. And then it’s like, from there, you’re like, oh, by the way, you need to lead funnel. And then we need this and you start adding things. And it gives you ability to like lead with one thing that they all understand that looks normal. And you guys dunno when you local clients, you don’t call the funnel hub, you call the marketing hub. Right. So it’s like something they understand when you build the marketing hub, but then you can start layering in like, okay, you need to leave funnel.

Speaker 4:

Now we needed this kind of funnel. And you can start like adding in more and more funnels to that client to serve them at a higher level, which is like, anyway, it’s, it’s amazing. So what’s cool for all you guys who are getting involved in the certification program, again, as soon as you go in there, the funnel of launch, pad’s all in the members area. So you can start going through that. Like tonight, if you wanna start learning exactly how to sell funnels. And like on top of that else, we didn’t talk about, but like, you guys have like your sales scripts in there, your presentations. Go for it. I think for me, it’s, it’s like, you’ve been in that situation where perhaps you’re trying to sell somebody, something, a business and you’re, you can see so clearly that they need it. Right. And, and they’re like resistant to that. And I know we’ve been in those situations and I can tell you that we needed to go first. Right. It’s really hard to sit there with integrity and asking somebody invest in their business when they’ve never done the same thing for themselves. And it’s once we started to invest our business in that way, it became easy for me to go in there with more certainty, more confidence. And then that just started turning into sales.

We’ve never, we’ve never been steered wrong by Russell. Like anytime that I’ve taken my credit card out of my wallet to do something with you, whether you join inner circle or any of the programs that we’ve done together, you know, people will ask us, you know, how have you build an agency, the size you have? How have you, how do you have a business that, that can run without you? How do you, you know, how were you a speaker at funnel hacking line? And it’s the reason why it’s cause we put ourselves in the room with the people that knew the information and, and, and obviously Russell, you you’ve done an amazing job, but your team like is done is, has helped us so much in getting to the right spot. And I think anybody who joins this program will be lucky to have that force on their side to do this.

I, I couldn’t imagine having something like this when I first started start agency back in 2003, just essentially the, you guys are doing to be, oh, I’ve been on the sales side of a lot of these opportunities and you’ve made it such an alley because you teach people to teach who not how. Right. And ever since you started saying that ever since you started teaching the community, that people that are coming to us, they’re like just ready to buy. They’re like, I know I don’t wanna spend time doing this. I just want somebody to do it for me. Right? Yeah. They’re coming to you like that is such an easy sale.

Speaker 4:

So I wanna talk about, because again, I think one of the fears people have is like, I’m gonna have to learn how to do all sorts, like a million different funnels and things like that. And it’s gonna be overwhelming, confusing. And when we were talking before you told me that at first you were trying to do a whole bunch of stuff, and then you just like focused on one funnel type, which changed everything for you. So I’d love to hear kind of like your before and then you zoning on like challenges becoming your thing.

And actually when I was watching the presentation, Russell, I got super inspired about what it really means to me to be a funnel builder. Do you mind if I share that real

Okay. So one of the things that, that I feel like that’s true for me with being a funnel builder is it is literally our greatest contribution to other entrepreneurs. It’s our greatest opportunity to help other business owners. And the way I think about it is it’s not just that we’re building one funnel for one entrepreneur, we’re doing it for their customers. We have no idea what the impact is that we are gonna create for their customers, for the entrepreneurs that were helping build these funnels for. I’ve heard Myron say this and I, I think it came from a guy named Robert Schuler or something like that. But basically he said any fool can count the number of seeds in an apple, but only God can count the number of apples produced by one seed. Oh, think about that. That’s awesome. How does that, like when it comes to funnel building, we have no idea the impact that we are gonna create for other people.

Speaker 14:

We have no idea how viral that will be. We don’t have any idea that this gonna be hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people going through the funnel ecosystems that we built for our customers, for the entrepreneurs who are literally putting their neck out there on the line, being vulnerable, putting their message out there and we are helping them do that. Right. so one of the best things, like when I wake up out of bed at like being a funnel builder is getting a phone call from one of my customers. And when they call me and they’re just like, Austin, this challenge or this funnel, this funnel ecosystem that you built for our business, yes. It’s making us more revenue. Yes. It’s making us, it’s getting more customers. Yes. It’s moving the needle forward. But I had no idea the amount of impact that this would create. I had no idea how many people would hear my message. I had no idea how many people would get results going through this and that to me right there, it’s more than just being a funnel builder. It’s about being a game changer. It’s about being a change maker. It’s about being a Rainmaker. Right?

Speaker 4:

I love that dude. It’s so powerful because you think about that, like you put this little thing out there and it’s like, oh, I built a funnel. But then you look at, you know, for you challenge funnels and someone comes in and get a hundred or a thousand or 5,000 people to join a challenge. And then the impact that happens on that person’s life and then their, their family’s lives. And like, it’s, it’s it’s pretty, it’s pretty special. Like when you look at it from, from that side. So I’m glad you brought that in, man. That’s so cool.

So how did you, how did you specialize and challenge? I’m curious on like, well, what was the thing that made you like, this is the one I’m gonna be, become the best in the world at,

Speaker 14:

Okay. Yeah. So this is a cool story. And I don’t think we’ve ever really talked much before, but so I I’ve made a lot of mistakes becoming the funnel builder. Right. And if there’s like just a couple things that I could just like hand people before they all jump off this phone call right now. And if I just knew these couple things and actually Russell touched on these in his webinar, I thought it was absolutely fantastic. But if I just knew this stuff before I became a funnel builder, I would be way more ahead than what I am now. And here’s like my first tip. Is it okay if like I share with you guys a couple tips on how to be a successful bun, barrel bun

Speaker 4:

Barrel? Yeah.

Speaker 14:

All right. Cool. All right. So my first tip is, and this is part of my story. So I’ll share my story along with it is don’t be a Jack of all funnels, right? Or I, I like to call them a funnel Jack wagon. <Laugh> so basically that’s somebody that is building anything for anybody. So when I first started my funnel building business, I was all over the place. I was building all kinds of different funnels for all types of different customers. And I wasn’t focused on the impact. I was more focused on, Hey, this is a one time transaction. I just gotta build a funnel than I’m off to the next person. Right. Wrong mindset. But that’s what I, that’s where I was operating at. And there’s two big problems operating in that field. Number one, like completely, I, I was undercharging for my services and number two, I like literally I, I, I would have to reinvent the wheel every single time.

Speaker 14:

I got a new client in the door because we were building all types of different funnels for different people. Right. Russell said, niche down. That’s a hundred percent of what you should do right now. Niche down, focus on one funnel. I was building webinar funnels. I was building application funnels, membership sites supplement funnels, like you name it. We did it. And when I finally, it was on a two common club, X cruise, I was about three mojitos deep sitting with this wonderful lady. Her name was Latasha mm-hmm <affirmative>. And I was telling her about these issues I was having in my business. Right. And she said to me, she’s like, you need to make a decision right now and you need to decide I, what you’re gonna go all in on. And Russell talked about this on the webinar today. This is something that we all need to take very seriously, because I wasted a lot of time and effort not doing this.

Speaker 14:

Right. She told me she was like, the one thing that you need to do is focus on one customer, solve one big problem and have one solution for them. And that solution is the funnel. Okay. Mm-hmm <affirmative> so when Russell says, pick one funnel, pick one funnel, and I also take it further. It’s also very good. If you also pick a customer and a problem that you’re solving with that particular funnel. Right. So right then and there, we made a decision, like 30 minutes into the conversation and we’re going back and forth. And she was like, what if you helped coaches who need more customers use challenge, funnel. And Russell, I had no idea what a challenge funnel was when she called me. <Laugh> I’m just like, what, like what the heck is a challenge for <laugh> I’ve never built that before. And so right after we got well, so what happened was I basically like right there without knowing anything about this, I decided just to go all in and it then start focusing on one thing, focusing on one customer, one problem solving one solution, which is challenge funnels.

Speaker 14:

And I was just like, okay. So I took my drink, took my little toothpick mojito thing. I found some old gum end bar on the bar tab or stool slapped it on top of the bar, put my mojito like toothpick in it now was just like, I’m gonna be the challenge funnel king mm-hmm <affirmative>. And then right there, I jumped off that ship. I didn’t jump off. The ship was over late. I got off the ship and I became a funnel. Hacker. Everybody say, hashtag funnel, hacker in comments. Right now I became a funnel hacker. So I went out and I had to be the expert. I had to understand and start learning how, how I could use, how I could use challenges to help my customers. So every time I saw a new challenge, Russell, I purchased the challenge and I started going through it and I started hacking it and looking at it, seeing everything that worked about it. And then from there on I, and I’ll just, I know I don’t have a lot of time here, but I’ll cut my story short here. When I did that, my income and I can’t make any income claims. Cause Russell told me not to, but I was just saying I was charging a couple hundred dollars per funnel to now, every time we sell a challenge funnel or each challenge system to a company, it provides for me and my family, I would say about two or three months. Just one funnel. Yeah. One funnel.

Speaker 4:

So cool. I think that’s the key is like figuring out like this is funnel a master and again, on inside the certification, we’ll give you the training and the strategy and stuff like that will give you swipe files and everything as much as we can. But then for the, you guys, it’s like, I’m gonna become the best in the world of this. Like, if it’s a webinar, I’m gonna go join every webinar. If it’s this like, and mastering it to become the best in the world. And then when you do that, people come to you, like it’s, if you set up shop like, Hey, I’m the guy who does challenge funnels. I’m the person who does this kind of like, whatever that is, then clients will start coming to you. They’ll be, they’ll like be ally drawn you cuz people will looking for these things all day long, they don’t know who to trust, who to hire. And if you don’t one and then two and three, like how many challenge funnels have you done for clients now? Do you know how many, like with the, oh gosh, I’ve

Speaker 14:

Lost count. I have no idea, but you know you just brought something else up. And I like one of the other things is too, like, practice what you preach because when I went all in on challenge funnels and became the expert, like I knew I had to launch my own challenge within 30 days, because I wanted to use that ecosystem to get my own customers in the door. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> and you talked about this a little bit on the webinar. Like for example, guys, you don’t want to be that fat coach teaching people how to get, you know, six pack gaps. Like it doesn’t make any sense, right? Yeah. You want to like, if you can, it, it, you can’t do this for everything, but if you can do it and use the same system to put them through exactly like Pedro does it actually yep.

Speaker 14:

If you could use the same system, put them through and then sell them that thing. That’s the perfect storm. Right. so if you’re gonna go all in, let’s say like fitness coaches and let’s say like for fitness coaches, you’re going to give, you’re gonna help them get more high ticket clients. Right. And you’re gonna do that with, I mean, you can do it with all kinds of different funnels, but in the comments, what kind of funnels you can get high, you know, high ticket applications in for fitness coaches. But I would assume like webinar funnels, challenge, funnels, like all kinds of things, but let’s say webinar funnel, right? You best be using a webinar funnel to get those fitness clients in the door and then sell them a high ticket program to build out their webinar. Yeah. So you just should practice what you preach.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, for sure. It’s in me on my side, like right. Are you book funnels? Cause I like books and then everyone in their dog, every famous in a world’s mess make who help with the book funnel. I with the book funnel, it’s like, okay, I get to know the cool people. Same thing you like, everyone wants your challenge funnel. They go through your challenge and then yeah. They wanna your challenge funnel such, such good stuff, man. That’s awesome. Thank you so much for sharing your story. And for being part of this, for anyone who’s like sitting here thinking like, ah, is this gonna work for me or not? Like, what would you tell ’em to kind of like, just push them over the edge?

Oh my gosh. Okay. So funnel building, no matter what you guys decide to do, this is a skill that you can use literally everywhere for any type of business, right. It’s never gonna go away. So a hundred percent, you should totally do it. And there’s so many ways to make money from this. I’m gonna tell you guys, like we do build challenges on the front end, but we have long term relationships with clients when we’re building them. Other types of funnels too. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> like we’re building like some other webinars and other things like that. So it’s like a stem, like we start with a challenge. That’s all we do for anybody that comes in. But then like we make a bunch of money on the back end.

How you doing? Can you hear me? We can hear you. Yes, very good. Okay. I want, cause I shared your story during the webinar about this, this thing where you, because those general Ben Benmar community for a long time, he was actually, when we first launched the first certified partner program, way back in the day, he was one that helped us coach and train it and everything like that. And and then after that, we kind of, we closed the doors on that, the certification back in the day you went out there and you started doing this as a, as a profession. Right. And what I think was so unique that you were doing is so cool is that you would go and you’re like me, I think me and you were probably the two biggest funnel hackers in the world. We loved to like go funnel, hack and look at all this stuff. And so you started doing that as a service, like making proposals from and getting clients. And I’d love if you just kind of explain that pro I know I shared it in the webinar a little bit, but from your standpoint, I’d love you to explain what you’re doing and how it, how it all works. Cause it’s such a key piece. I want people to understand.

Speaker 11:

Okay. So first off a lot of you guys, you’re in the comment say, hello, how’s it going? <Laugh>, there’s something really interesting. Those of you who are staying your die hards and you’re interested. And I want you to hear this because this is really important. It’s not so much, there’s so much. Hey, how’s it going guys? <Laugh>, there’s so much potential energy inside of you. There’s so much potential to give. If you’ll yourself to believe in yourself, the way you believe there is so much that you can do allow yourself to do that. There’s I say, I always in the quick funnels world for forever, like I was here right before ClickFunnels, 1.0, came out, I got to have super data access to one point, oh, now I get access to 2.0 and super stoked about it. But with one point though, like I realized what was possible and I went deep and went crazy and it took a while for me to say, now, what am I gonna do with this?

Speaker 11:

Like, I don’t have a business idea that I want to do. There’s nothing I’m super passionate about. I don’t feel the calling. So what do I do? And I, I discovered that as I was speaking to everybody and they would talk about their story, what it is that they felt they were called to do. I could latch on that and say, oh my gosh, I feel your passion. I feel your fire. And I can help. Holy crap. I can help with that. I can absolutely jump in and make a difference. So I did that for years and years and years rebuilt well over a hundred funnels, just getting people to that place. And what I saw is that everybody would start to get success with the funnel and then it would start to slip and they were really concerned. And I was like, you know what, what is a better way to do this?

Speaker 11:

And so I went back to all the trend, the wrestl, it, every done. And I went kind of crazy and went to the original funnel hacks webinar, where he sold quick funnels for the very first time in the webinar. And he taught the process. You guys all heard today, it’s simply go find what’s working, model it, and then drive traffic to it. With the tools you get inside here, you’re able to do just that. I use those tools every single day. It’s it’s my, the life blend. So I discovered it because I wanted to help my customers better. And what’s magical is a lot of us are like, you know, I’m not sure if I’m gonna build a funnel that works. I’m not sure if it’s gonna work right. The easiest way to get a funnel that works is to funnel, hack it, ethically, go find the traffic that’s working, that you get the tools for find the traffic number two, go and model it out for the customer.

Speaker 11:

And I did it for free at first. And then people’s brains were literally exploding. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> it was so excited. Like holy. Yeah, that is the most amazing thing that I’ve learned. Like, how did you share that? Like where did you learn this? Like, how does it all work? And I’m like, well, this is how it works for you because of these four different things that I went researched. And these are the people that are doing it. This is how, and they’re like, you need to charge for this. And that’s how it all happened. It all came about because of that. So now when somebody comes to me, I’m like, oh, we need to do a funnel act first, like done. Absolutely that’s. And if they’re unsure the way that I do this, if you guys are looking to figure this out, okay. The way that I pitch a funnel hack is somebody will come to me and say, I’m looking for a funnel bill. And I’m kind of interested. I’m not quite sure what I want to do. And I’ll say, all right, here’s the deal? How much do you know about your niche right now? How much do you know about it? How much research have you done on your film that work inside of your niche? And they’re usually like none.

Speaker 4:

<Laugh> yeah.

Speaker 11:

Oh. And I’m like, okay sweetheart, we gotta help sounds right now. So it’s just, nah, sweetheart, and bless yous all over the place. So the thing that’s really helpful is you get to then help them. Number one, find what’s are working, but number two, as much as you can be a specialist inside of a funnel, the easiest way to become a specialist in something else is to funnel, hack, like costume four, talked about, go and find everything. That’s working deep, dive in it, go crazy print out of the webinars, go through it, have fun. Donald hacking’s a blast. And at the same time you get paid for it. And the customers always turned over. Yeah, it was, it was crazy. They were always like, when I presented the phone hack, they immediately said, holy cow, you’re the only obvious answer. Yeah. If you ever wanted that from a customer, who’s like, my gosh, you’re the person that I have to work with. This is your key. This is their foot in the door. It works every single

Speaker 4:

Time. Well, think about that. You go through and you, you funnel, you’re like, here’s all the ad sources. Here’s the traffic, here’s the funnel, search everything. You give it to ’em and they’re like, you know, my business better than I do at this point. And you’re like, cool. So you can take this and go hire another funnel builder. I can do it if you want. And they’re like, of course I’m gonna give you. And that’s if you guys I talked about earlier, I asked Ben yesterday. I was like, what percentage of people that you did that paid funnel hack for paid for funnel buildings, like 80%. I’m like, really? He’s like, no, that’s not true. It’s actually a hundred percent, but I feel bad. Like, no, one’s gonna believe that. I’m like, okay. <Laugh> yes, it’s so cool. But the power, the process is awesome.

Speaker 4:

And I think it’s so cool. And just so you guys know Ben’s been working a lot closer with me on a whole bunch of stuff. He’s gonna do a lot of training inside the funnel builders certification program on this process and how it works and getting you guys deep, understanding exactly how to do it, how to execute, how to do the funnel, hacks, all that kind of stuff. And so he’ll be around helping as well. And so it’s gonna be, it’s gonna be awesome, but I appreciate you Ben jumping on any last words for anyone who’s listening, who’s like still on the fence, like, well, what would you do to push him over?

Here. Oh, thanks for staying up late. And and hanging out with us. I really, really appreciate it. So I live know how did is fun? How did you get this whole funnel building? Where like, I don’t even know the original a story. All I know is kind of the other side where everyone, like, for me, like, we give you tons of projects. Other people are like, I need someone who’s the best. Who would you go to? And like, I always send him to you. I had Frank her yesterday messaged me. I’m like talk to him. He’s the best. And so curious, like your, your journey in this world.

Speaker 14:

Yeah. So there’s a lot of people who get into this business to make a lot of money, which is good. Like, that’s all cool. I get into this business because I’m a family, man. I have two kids and a beautiful wife and I just wanted to build a business so I can be with them. And like I said, it’s 2:30 AM. I’m working from home in my home office. And I literally put them to sleep. I went to this webinar and here we are, <laugh>, that’s kind of why I do this. But how I got into this is pretty interesting. I was making 400 a month as a receptionist and I had 15 different jobs at the age of 21, literally train everything, jumping from job to job. And people said like, why don’t you just like, settle? Like, just be grateful. Like not every job is gonna be fun, like, but I wanna have fun.

Speaker 14:

Like, <laugh> like a, like a, like a job. It should be fun. Mm-Hmm <affirmative>. And so I remember, I remember thinking, like looking at the marketplace and I was like, what’s the best opportunity right now. And I didn’t know, funnels at the time, like I’m in Finland, like nobody was talking about funnels. And so I was looking at businesses going online. So at the time it was like social media, right? Like everyone was doing like the, the homeschool traditional pay ADSS. And I was like, why don’t you use Facebook? And they’re like, oh, you can run apps on Facebook. And so that’s the first thing I did. And it worked well, I got a bunch of clients, but mostly what we got them was traffic. We got them views. Right. Mm-hmm <affirmative> we send traffic to their ugly brochure. <Laugh> so, so the, the next step, the next step then was like, okay, like, let me optimize your website and work press. Right. And then that sucked and we got these, but it was like, we’re not really able to track like the monetization. Yeah. And then I saw this book.

Speaker 4:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 14:

And he start, you know, he started following me around on internet <laugh> and so I bought the book and then I wanted to invest into a course to learn more. And I remember it was pretty embarrassing. I have two younger brothers and I reached out to them cuz I was making 400 a month, which out to go to rent and everything. Even though I bought books for it, I reached out to my brothers and I was like, Hey, can I borrow some money to invest in this course? And they’re like, yeah, sure. Like we believe in you. So thankfully they did. And I invested into a program and, and one of the mindsets or principles that always go by is like, who’s doing what I want to do. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> and then how can I pay them to get closer to them and learn from them? Cause I’m not a big fan of like college. Some people like it. I, you know, I don’t like that drop out of college actually. And you know, ever since I learned those, like I’ve been able to 10 X my roles and literally everything it follows, like copy offers, design automation by just like following what other people are doing.

Speaker 4:

Mm-Hmm <affirmative> that’s so cool. So when was the very first client you took on to actually build a funnel forum after you started learning this stuff?

Speaker 14:

Yeah, it was a, it was a competition. So I went into a community on Facebook where they talk about funnels and was just curious. And they said like, I’m looking to find a, a funnel builder and we were three people and he’s like, I’ll pick the best one. So I was like, okay. So let me, like, I’m very competitive. I was into soccer and sports. So I was like, like I want to beat them. And I’m still the same person today. I want to be the best. So it was three people. We built the funnel, we sent it over to this person. He was actually in your inner circle. And so once I, you know, I beat those two other people, then he ended up paying me for the next funnel. And then I ended up getting his network. Like he referred people, I paid him a small cost.

Speaker 14:

Which is what actually one of the seven ways that, you know, I’m happy to share if you want the seven ways to, to get clients that I do. But ever since then, it’s been like a combination of like putting myself out there to get more clients. So when I have a project I presented beautifully I posted on my profile. So have a very like simple business, simple portfolio, simple profile. I put up my funnels. It’s actually how you reach out to me as well. If you remember on Facebook that you saw a funnel and, and you reach out to me. So

Speaker 4:

Speaker 14:

Focus on like serving. And you talked about a lot of other people here talked about like serving people and remember making this post once like, Hey, my goal is to build a thousand follows. I don’t know. I don’t care how long it’s gonna take. And, and to Robbs actually, it’s funny that he client, but I remember you saying, he was saying something about like, most people underestimate what they can do in a decade and overestimate what they can do in a year or something like that. Yeah. Totally butchering. But like the mindset of like, Hey, if I build a thousand funnels in the next three to five years, then will I ever struggle to get clients here? Probably not. Cause most people will like be distracted by everything that’s going on and they won’t focus on the number one key they should be focused on, which is their skills. I don’t know. We’ve talked about that a lot today, but that’s been my mindset and it’s worked, it’s worked. I’m working with you. So it’s worked.

<Laugh> that’s cool. I would love cuz again, for some people, like that’d be a dream, like work, these amazing clients and people you looked up to who are some of the people you’ve had a chance to work with because of the, the skill you’ve learned.

Yeah. Well, so you and, and click photos and, and magnetic marketing then Kennedy and that friend. And then also like Robert Kiosaki Tony Robbins. Very cool. So Kevin I, I told, I told your story during the webinar, which I think was really cool, but one of the funnel types you specialized in has been product launch funnels. And I think the stat we had is after you did your first one, you did 32 over the next two years, but I’d love to know just a couple things like, like how did you get started? And then how did you get clients like that many clients in that window of time? Like how did you go through that? Cause you went from like entering this world to like blowing up in this world. How’d you do that?

Yeah, it actually just, honestly I didn’t have a program like this to kind of show me the ropes or anything. So I just attended my first event and just heard about the opportunity and just became obsessed with it. Like, you know, you talk about it when someone starts talking about funnels or just a piece of funnel and they were giving this background of how you could have to do this. It was just blowing my mind Uhhuh and I was looking around and you say the same thing, right? I was looking around I’m like, why is no one else freaking out

We get to do like, this works, we could do this. And it all made perfect sense in my head mm-hmm <affirmative> but I was, I was a how like, I’m the how type of person and the room was pulled with the wow type of people. Mm-Hmm <affirmative> and I could see it in their eyes. Like they’re just like, they, what they wanted was the result and what I wanted was to the process. So I honestly just started talking to a couple of ’em just by accident. And one of ’em happened to be Shelene Johnson. So I don’t know if anyone knows her, but yeah. Very like literally we, I was sitting next to her and was kind of in her same world and she’s like, oh, what do you do? I like, well, I do tech. So I just said, why’d you do this for you.

Mm-Hmm <affirmative> and that kind of started it. And I didn’t know what I was doing. I just said, yes. She said, can you do this? I was like, yes, I didn’t know how to do it. It wasn’t a program like this to teach me how to do it. I just committed. And from that point forward, that’s all I did. I just said yes. So any time I met a person that was a wow, that was at an event that said, you know, I want to do this. I was like, I can help you. I can help you. I can help you. And the first three or four were rough and I was learning along the way and I overcommitted and under delivered for the first couple ones of them for sure. But then I got a system and a program and just kind of got it, got to be a rhythm. And I learned like how to find the right customers and it got better at it. It got easier. And then I started bringing on a team and then I was able to like employ other people. And like my sister joined the company and she needed a job and I was able to ride that, like my best friend gave my sales back. It just got easier and easier and easier. So,

So cool. Essentially, cuz like when you were doing this back in the day too, it wasn’t, you didn’t have a ClickFunnels or something like you were doing all custom, like it was way harder back then and you still were able to figure it out. Like, can you imagine nowadays having the tools and stuff? So it’s not just, you know, you can do it faster, you can clone things. You can make things a lot quicker than, than the first time around.
