Welcome back to the fourth Section of the Imperfect Action Challenge!

In this module, we’ll be discussing the steps of delivering your goods to customers. This includes preparing your merchandise as well as setting up a membership area in GrooveMember™ to keep you updated and creating an email sequence in GrooveMail™.

In Module 1 and 2, we covered designing and planning our funnel and corresponding pages, and in Module 3, we bought our custom domain name and set up the goods in GrooveSell™.

GroovePages™, GrooveSell™, GrooveMember™, and GrooveMail™ are free-to-use programs that may be seen on your Groove dashboard, giving you every reason to get it done!

1. Editing your goods and hosting them on the internet

After downloading your PLR merchandise, you are going to need to edit the PDF and host it online somewhere.

• Locate the placeholders and add your links
• Save and preview the file
• Edit all of the files
• Test your entire hyperlinks
• Upload file to your preferred file hosting provider

2. Explanation of the satisfaction options

On the Thank You Page that you have created and configured, you must indicate how you wish to deliver the product that the customer has just purchased. A simple way to begin product fulfillment is using Google Drive to host your document — and discuss the shareable link onto a button on the page. After the client clicks on the button, they’ll have the ability to instantly download the product.

There are 3 different types of satisfaction options available to you:

• Thank You Page Fulfillment
• Mail Fulfillment
• Membership Fulfillment (recommended)

we’ll go into detail for every from the steps below.

3. Setting up the Thank You Page

Like we mentioned in step two, among the easiest ways for beginners to do product fulfillment is by connecting the shareable URL (from Google Drive/file hosting) using a button.

Double-check that your links are correct and that you’re continuously saving your progress — it is easier than you think to slide up. You will also need to rename files and folders to appropriate titles, as clients will see that.

Of course, this isn’t the most secure way of going about this. It’s very simple for a paying client to give someone else access to a product, and it also may not come across as a little amateur. Nonetheless, a great starting point.

4. Preparing the email sequence in GrooveMail™

Adding the Sender

Here is the email address that will be displayed as”from” on the receiver’s end. Of course, you’ll first have to install your custom email address, if you have not already.

• In the Groove dashboard, select Email Marketing (GrooveMail™)
• Visit Settings — Senders
  a. Create a New Sender
  b. Set up with an email address which you can confirm
• Verify your email address
  a. If you don’t get it, assess your spam/promotions folder
• Refresh your Senders list to make certain that it’s been confirmed

Creating a List and Tags

A list is a means for you to segment your contacts based on consumer behavior and insights. Tags are a good way to then further identify people within a list, with more specific details.

• Select Leads – Lists
  a. Create a new list
• Select Tags & Segments – Tags
  a. Create a new tag

Creating a Sequence

Some PLR products comprise an email sequence/template using the item.

If you don’t have premade mails on your PLR package, take a look at any email sequence which you’ve previously received (to replicate, not copy!)

• Select Campaigns
  a. Create a New Sequence
• Fill out the required information
• The arrangement builder automatically opens
• Configure the trigger
• Fill in the email content
  a. As you would create a broadcast

You can create more than 1 sequence for many tags or scenarios where you want to segment your customers, by way of instance, a customer that hasn’t bought the upgrade.

If you include any merchandise sales pages from the email, make sure it requires them to the suitable deal and that the email design looks good.

As always, click on the Save button regularly!

Setting up Automations

for your freebie email sequence to be triggered, you will need to install automation. Automations help you easily manage your organization and it is definitely worth using!

• Select Automations — Automations
• Create New Automation
  a. Select Trigger
  b. Purchased a Product (and choose a product)
• Setup conditional” if” activate and connect to an email sequence

If you choose the play button, then the automation becomes more active. If you pick the pause button, the automation will cease. Do not get confused!

5. Preparing the membership in GrooveMember™

There is an in-depth training on YouTube dedicated to the Way to Make Your Membership in GrooveMember™. We will quickly run through the basics you’ll need for these functions.

A membership delivery permits you to give customers access to paid-for content in a safe place, using an email address and password. Free Groove members can create one membership site, while paid members are infinite.

In the Groove dashboard, select manage Membership (GrooveMember™).

• Add content title and subdomain name
• Insert a logo
• Insert sales page
• Add an upgrade option
• Setup access and membership levels

Right now, you’ll be not able to edit the Welcome Email — but customers will automatically receive an email with their login info.

Once finished, you’ll receive your registration (sign up) URLs.

Setting up fulfillment in GrooveSell™, where your product is already added, is a significant step in delivering your goods.

• Open a new tab and browse to GrooveSell™ in the Groove dash
• Select your product funnel
• Choose the product you would like to place up to your own membership area
  a. Edit — 8. Item Fulfillment — Insert New Membership

Duplicate for this setup for each item and access level on your membership area, to join your goods in GrooveSell™ with membership access in GrooveMember™.

Here is the thing, if you are selling a product online, you need to be certain that you can fulfill it. Do not get yourself into unnecessary trouble and be sure that you follow all these steps. Our suggestion is to prepare a membership in GrooveMember™ since this is the best alternative for butterfly marketing — as taught by Groove CEO, Mike Filsaime.

Q: Is your email editor in GrooveMail™ going to be enhanced?
A: Yes, naturally, this is a beta stage.

Q: If the upsell page be generated as a webpage or as a page at the funnel?
A: It actually does not matter, but I suggest setting it up as a webpage.

Q: How to set up my page view on multiple devices?
A: This is known as mobile responsiveness and you will find videos especially for that.

Q: Do I need to use outfits such as Aweber?
A: No, not really, GrooveMail™ is still in beta but play around with it and see what it can do.

Q: Would someone talk about the Thank You page with merchandise access to others who didn’t register with you?
A: Yes, there is no way to control it. That is why we suggest one of the more secure delivery options like subscription or email, but Thank You pages are the simplest and ultimately it ought to be fine.

Q: Will Groove eventually host movies and electronic products?
A: Hosting videos with GrooveVideo™ is currently possible, and hosting for electronic products is coming very soon.
